Thank you Global BC and Keith Baldrey for covering this story. ‘It’s All the Court’s Fault’ is the latest iteration of blame and deflection from this NDP government. In 2021, rushed and without-debate legislation was brought in by Attorney General Eby to have the intended outcome that we saw in the Gitxaala decision in December 2025. Now to say that the court erred in judgement, and has no place in reconciliation is laughable, but not funny. The Supreme Court may not grant leave and may very well uphold the judgement related to a law written and introduced by none other than: ~David Eby This unfolding story could literally be a Netflix Thriller. #bcpoli

THE SOLICITOR GENERAL SHOULD RESIGN FROM THE BBM ADMINISTRATION. Instead of simply recusing himself, the Solicitor General should immediately resign from the BBM administration. As the Solicitor General of the Philippine government, his duty is to uphold the interest of the State. I want to talk about this scene real quick. Starting from the entrance of the killers. The authority, aura and gun handling they walked in with was insanely good. They knew they were in charge Now to Oboz. This was genius acting. He went from confusion to fear, to pseudo confidence, to real confidence then confusion again and finally acceptance. He did all these with his facial expression, words and body movement. Everything within one minute The camera angles and panning was well done and then the music solidified everything This is one of the greatest scene in new age Nollywood history.

The concerns over mining, public and private property, and land claims covering most of the province were loud and obvious from day 1. HE DID IT ANYWAYS. Then a court ruling hit. The province’s ENTIRE MINERAL CLAIMS system was ruled INCONSISTENT with DRIPA. 20+ lawsuits immediately amended to cite it. Eby panicked. Then tried to suspend the law. Reversed course. Reversed again. Reversed a third time. Meanwhile the AFN National Chief flew to the United Nations in New York to condemn him. Here’s what nobody’s saying: The AFN is an ADVOCACY GROUP. And British Columbians DO NOT ANSWER to the United Nations. The UN does not set domestic law in Canada. And Geoffrey Moyse, who served as legal counsel for BC’s Ministry of Attorney General for over 30 years across SIX terms of government, said on camera: “I have NEVER seen this level of ineptitude and incompetence.” Six premiers. The audacity and hypocrisy of this woman are beyond belief. Hunt laments ongoing “confusion” about sex and gender - which she has done more than anyone else in the UK to create. She actually says - I’m not making this up - “It is our job to create good law.” Hunt spent her entire time as CEO of Stonewall undermining the law, creating confusion and above all training public and private sector organisations nationwide to “go beyond the law.” That meant - break the law. It meant acting as if the UK had sex self-ID. Which it has never had. But institutions and organisations from the NHS to the police followed her lead. They misrepresented and broke the law. And this monstrous individual - I’m sorry, I don’t use this word lightly - dares to say, in the House of Lords - in which her presence makes a mockery of our institutions: “It is our job to create good law.” How dare she. Giving Aboriginal title would nullify the current land owners title and force them to make an agreement with whichever tribe regains land title, through the courts. Remember folks, some properties have multiple land title claims against the property, from multiple 1st Nation tribes. The major question is, why has David Eby not resigned? How many times can a Premier lie to taxpayers on critical issues? David Eby knew for years he could inform private property owners who have a land title claim against their property and he chose to keep them out of the process. This was an intentional act, ensuring the BC Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Cowichan land title claim, Eby is now pretending to partially oppose. How can Eby, the Federal government or the City of Richmond be counted on to fight for land title rights for current property owners, when they all conspired to omit those very property owners, from the court case? 95% of British Columbia could be impacted by the precedence the Cowichan land title ruling presents in Richmond BC. The entire city of Kamloops has a land title claim against it. So it's impossible to ignore the devastating impact this could have on almost everyone in British Columbia who owns property or who has a mortgage / reverse mortgage on their property.
