Bill 21 Legal Professions Act - David Eby further centralizes control and strips Lawyers of autonamy. Sound familiar? He did the same thing with the HPOA Health Professions Occupation Act Nov 2022! Bill 36 - that prosecutes and HC profession up to 500K (not including legal fees) threatens imprisonment for non compliance and is overseen by the Health Ministry appointees! Both of these pieces of legislation were rammed through by Mike Farnworth, with little to no expert consultation or debate. The BCNDP have installed themselves as a dictatorship. 2019 Reminder: The Election reform, which opened the doors to voter fraud & manipulation, tabulators and expanded 'accessibility' has thus far been IGNORED.

There is no legislative, anything History has pointed out the future. What “authority” does a Corporation have beyond the boundaries of a Corporation? NONE..! Whereas on December 11th 1931 the Statute of Westminster, signed by King George Vl, came into force. By this Statute the King abdicated his sovereign power, “transferring it to the people”, giving them and their colonies their independence from the British Monarchy and Canada was freed from the last vestige of Imperial Authority, the “Queen of England” has no lawful authority over/or within “Canada” and no lawful authority over any of the natural person inhabitants of any of the provinces, and; the people became the “sovereign authority”.

Thank you Global BC and Keith Baldrey for covering this story. ‘It’s All the Court’s Fault’ is the latest iteration of blame and deflection from this NDP government. In 2021, rushed and without-debate legislation was brought in by Attorney General Eby to have the intended outcome that we saw in the Gitxaala decision in December 2025. Now to say that the court erred in judgement, and has no place in reconciliation is laughable, but not funny. The Supreme Court may not grant leave and may very well uphold the judgement related to a law written and introduced by none other than: ~David Eby This unfolding story could literally be a Netflix Thriller. #bcpoli

Many of my constituents were thrown under the bus by the NDP decision not to argue extinguishment. Former Vancouver Mayor Kennedy Stewart is alleging there is a B.C. cabinet minister under investigation for collaborating with the Chinese government. Kenney, a former NDP MP, also alleges the current Mayor of Vancouver, Ken Sim, worked with the CCP to win the mayoral race. David Eby denies the allegations and swears he would act if it were true. The BC NDP only have a one seat majority government. It's quite possible David Eby is lying because it would put his government in a far tougher political situation, if he were to act.
