Built a UI library so you can spend time with your family instead of fighting complex components. Big thanks to me (for not giving up), and to Manu Arora for being an inspiration, because every genius needs a little push.

No woman wants a man who flirts with everyone. If you can't keep your eyes and words for your woman only, you're better off staying single and spend time with people who are just looking for entertainment. A loyal man doesn't need to make every woman feel special. He needs to make one woman feel like she's the only one.

Imagine threatening to kill Jewish patients on a viral video, and your main defence for pleading NOT GUILTY is ... "you didn't consent to being recorded". That screams GUILTY to me if that's the best argument your lawyer can come up with.

Both political parties (Democrat and Republican) are guilty of wastefully and excessively spending YOUR hard earned tax dollars! Don’t believe the narrative of the left when they say we’re only targeting “blue” areas. The big government, tax-and-spend apologists are working overtime to try and fool you. Don’t buy it.

I just wanted to take a moment to reach out and express my support for you during this challenging time. I know that being in the public eye comes with its own set of struggles, and it can be tough to deal with negativity and criticism. Please remember that you have a dedicated fanbases who appreciates your talent, hard work, and the joy you bring to our lives. Your performances have inspired and touched so many hearts, including mine. Don’t let the negativity overshadow the love and admiration that so many of us feel for you. Take care of yourself, and remember that it's okay to take a step back if you need it. You are valued and appreciated, and the world needs your light. #KimSooHyun

Thank you for giving me the privilege and gift to be your mother. The most beautiful blessing of my life. Every day I wake up and think what I can do to be a better mother to you. I ask God to instinctually let me be able to feel what you need in every moment so I can guide you and love you in every way that I can, so I can show you by example what it is to be a loving, caring, conscious, good human to yourself and others. Lulu and Max, I am here FOREVER to support you, encourage you, to remind you of your greatness of your goodness and your limitless capability. You. Can. Do. Anything. You are brilliant and beautiful and worthy of love and all the beautiful things in life. If you ever learn one thing from me, let it be that. I love you beyond forever… And ever… And ever…

I see way too many people do the hip thrust exercise wrong. STOP EGO LIFTING AND SLOW DOWN!!! Take a moment to set up, keep your chin tucked, SLOW DOWN, squeeze at the top, keep your back strong (don’t arch), push through your heels and feel every part of the movement. Aim for 6-10 reps, (max 12 on your first warm up “set”). Choose a weight you can control with good form but that still challenges you. Even when you’re struggling or going heavy, your form should NOT change.
