Every subsequent drop or superset is performed in a fatigued state with reduced force production capacity. You're accumulating junk volume - sets that feel hard but don't generate sufficient tension to stimulate growth because your muscles are already compromised. Better to rest 3-4 minutes, recover fully, and perform the next set with maximum force capacity. Quality over quantity. Tension over exhaustion.

On the right is the Glue Joint： The basic idea is to use Glue to connect two pseudo-3D ArtMeshes. By taking advantage of Glue’s weight settings, it can create an effect similar to a 3D joint. Once the weights are set up, it can move very freely with a relatively low amount of work. However, it also shares the same weakness as 3D joints: when rotated at large angles, it can produce unpleasant twisting and distortion. On the left is the Hand-Bent Joint： The basic idea is to add bending Keyforms directly to a Warp Deformer, then manually sculpt the ideal deformation. This method can create the most detailed and refined joints, depending entirely on how the rigger designs them. The downside is that it requires much more work. Every additional degree of freedom requires a significant amount of manual adjustment. These two joint methods have almost opposite characteristics, so in actual Live3D work, I choose the most suitable method depending on the situation. For example, in this hand model, I used Hand-Bent Joints for the arm twisting and fingers, while the wrist uses a Glue Joint.✨

Time under tension is a red herring. If TUT mattered, planks would build massive abs. They don't. Because there's no progressive overload of mechanical tension. The plank gets longer. The abs don't. A 5-rep set takes around 15 seconds. A 15-rep set takes around 45 seconds. Both can produce the same hypertrophy if both are taken close enough to failure. The growth doesn't come from the duration. It comes from the mechanical tension in the hard reps. The ones at the end of the set where the bar is barely moving and the muscle is recruiting every available fibre to finish the rep. You can hold a light weight for 60 seconds and get nothing. You can lift a heavy weight for 15 seconds and grow. Time doesn't build muscle. Tension does. Stop counting seconds. Start counting how close you got to failure.

On the contrary someone like Faker i went into his vod he did it in EVERY single ranged vs melee matchup. that is the difference, yes you are good but youre not faker level good to complain about this Went through 3 top ranked mid laners and not a single one used this mechanic. Maybe you can pull up a clip in some game somewhere but if youre not taking advantage of it every game it is good to then is it really game breaking if they remove it? can we stop acting like changes like this impact us when we dont even use it, just crying to cry to act like we were so much better than everyone else
