First MAX PULL UP test since dabbling with new training ideas Been doing a lot of reps at 5-8 Slow & controlled + weighted Here’s what today’s test taught me NEED MORE: -I’ll need more SPEED in my reps if I’m going to set a personal best (30+) -More weighted work will be good -Continue to stack MORE VOLUME OF SETS per day (or wk) -The rep range I’m doing has been working GREAT for form during the reps

We’ve been experimenting with waist straps recently. They work really well with heavier cages like our S207 keeping it snug against slave D’s body. Only thing is that it looks more obvious under clothing. No problem, I like people to know he’s caged ❤️🔐 Thoughts?

Leg extensions have been a staple for my legs days for years. One of the few that will develop your Rectus Femoris (one of your quad muscle). But do not think of these as a 'finisher' and do heaps of fast reps with light weight. Slow and controlled High load 8 - 12 reps
