What are investors missing? Paul: “If you just take a look at what we’ve got contracted, everybody would say our stock price should be higher.” “For us, it’s an execution story... TeraWulf has executed. That’s why Anthropic came back for the 20-year deal in Kentucky.” Brian: Do you think concerns around AI and data centres are actually slowing development? Paul: “High-power compute and AI is not going away, and we’re at the very beginning of an uphill climb towards fulfilment.” “Near-term power access is everything... focus on power availability between now and 2030, because that’s what our customers are looking at.” Brian: So the next three or four years? Paul: “Demand is huge.” Good to see Paul back on CNBC. A retail business forced to spend heavily to renovate stores just to remain competitive is engaging in value-destroying maintenance. On the other hand, the billions being spent by $MSFT and $AMZN on data centers and servers are rational, high-return investments required to capture an entirely new, high-margin compute market.
