I realized we needed a quick and dirty tutorial video showing how to attach the upcoming sofubi wig for Smart Doll. This is the third mold iteration. While there is still room for improvement, I feel this version is finally at a point where it can be released. As always, we still need to put it through a bit more testing and write the customary wall-of-text "why you should not buy this" post before launch. The wig is compatible with all Smart Doll heads, but please be sure to read the Before You Buy section before deciding whether it's right for you. One of the reasons we're exploring sofubi wigs is that the lessons learned will help us develop some of the more crazy anime hairstyles needed for upcoming licensed characters. Traditional fiber wigs are incredibly versatile, but there are some shapes that are much easier to achieve with a molded solution. Another benefit is that sofubi wigs are much easier to maintain than traditional fiber wigs. No brushing, detangling, or styling is required, which some folks may appreciate. Folks who don't like plastic hair, like the kind found on many figurines, probably won't like it. Been seeing so much harsh criticism on this piece and it made me sad cause I think the art is great (yes, even with all the reds) but it could def benefit off varying its values a bit for visual clarity! Did a quick 10 min edit so it's messy and not perfect since it's something I struggle with myself but hope it helps to show that a little goes a long way! This also doesn't mean the original is "wrong" cause it's all just preference but I tried addressing what some people were mentioning since I thought it'd be a helpful visual for an art fundamental 🖤

Screw your “Optimal Preparation Routine” In late 2022 Jacob Degrom was coming off a shoulder injury that kept him off the mound for 4 months. Seeing that his first start of the year would come less than 20 miles from where I lived, I made the split decision to go see Degoat in person I got to the park two hours before game time Hoping to catch a glimpse of some magical pregame preparation from one of the best in the game As I sat just behind the catcher near the bullpen. I watched every move from the time Jacob walked out of the dugout to his first pitch on the game mound. And what did I find??? NOTHING I mean the guys warm up was one of the most basic, vanilla warm ups I’d ever seen!!! Regimented? Sure. He made his first throw exactly 20 minutes before game time. 6:45. Right on the dot. Was watching the clock and AS SOON as it hit 6:45, he turned to the catcher and made his first throw No weighted balls. No bands. No sprints Looked like a standard high school warm up. “Few jogs, few of theeese, few of theeese….” Some light stretching and catch play was all he needed before promptly going to the game mound and hitting 101 on his third pitch. Does this mean that Degrom is a freak? Well, yes. But it also shows how irrelevant a specific prep routine can be for a large majority of players Jacob found what works for him and he stuck to it I encourage you to do the same. Having a mapped out plan for how you want to attack an outing is crucial, but the contents of that routine can vary based on the individual. If you need more prep, more CNS activation, more mobility before your outing to perform your best, so be it! If you HATE long periods of thought and careful planning before you throw, maybe tossing a football around for your “weighted ball routine” could be a better option Just some thoughts. I won't say that this movie is playing out before our eyes even though it is and has been for some time. Made for a reason. Made at certain locations for a reason. Real. Who is protecting the pedos for personal gain and who is willing to do the right thing. Not many are so far, Nobody pretty much. Knowingly protecting pedos and criminals sends the world like an unstoppable train on its way to a satanic world order and it is real. We are in it. Someone in the know MUST do the right thing but they have so much (money and power) to lose so they keep quiet. They often blame and defame the victims even. It's bad. Their free will has been used for personal gain and nothing more. Volume up is needed for several parts TY. The odds of Trump being involved in this movie and the situation we are in now are a billion to 1. This was all intentional without a doubt. They're being tested. And they're all failing.

Older adults need twice as much protein per meal as younger adults to get the same amount of muscle protein synthesis. Game day nutrition isn’t random it’s planned. Pearson has his first district baseball game tonight vs McKinney Boyd, and if something works, we don’t change it. So today he ordered his classic filet mignon sandwich, the same meal he used during last season when he played well. The goal isn’t just to eat it’s to fuel the entire day correctly. About 6 hours before the game, he’ll eat the steak sandwich with toasted bread and provolone along with his CorVive Hydrate. Ray Peat on diabetes, cortisol, sugar, and protein: "I saw that several of the amino acids in proteins are powerful insulin stimulants. When you eat protein by itself, you stimulate insulin secretion, which is needed to metabolize the amino acids. In reaction to the insulin, your liver has to put out glucose to keep your blood sugar going, so your brain, blood cells, kidneys, and so on can keep working. If your liver is somewhat low on glycogen, then every time you eat protein and have an insulin secretion, your body secretes a compensating amount of cortisol to bring your blood sugar back up. However, the cortisol brings your blood sugar up at the expense of protein. Cortisol first breaks down tissues like the thymus gland, immune cells, and muscles. If you eat lots of protein, despite the high cortisol, you can maintain a balance by replacing your muscles and thymus gland, but you are running on constantly high cortisol secretion. In my previous interest in diabetes, I saw that doctors often neglected to measure hormones related to blood sugar when prescribing insulin. Doctors would call a person diabetic and say they needed to take insulin for life. But by testing cortisol in some of these individuals, we saw that many so-called diabetics just had very high cortisol. Sugar happens to be the best thing for lowering cortisol to normal. I fixed up my old GBC. I got back my Mew from the summer of 2000. I can't believe after being broken for 20+ years all it needed was a simple and quick LCD screen swap. As I recall, I got to do some linked battles in the mall. Just walked in and signed up. I believe this was the hype tour for Pokemon Stadium, so we got to see a demo for that. Note: Pokemon Yellow doesn't have an internal clock, so the battery drain is much slower than Gold/Silver. Your own RGY may still be active too! Should I keep Mew 'innocent and pure' at lvl 5, or actually try him out and see if he can learn moves? Or was this a TM only mon? I can't recall... Anyone else get Mall Mews in 1999 or 2000?

EASY high protein chicken salad that just works. This has lots of Mediterranean food flavors, plus 134g protein in total. Divide this into 3 super filling servings, to get 44g protein for just 370 calories. This combination is so delicious, so refreshing, with lots of Mediterranean flavors. I added a touch of pickle juice to the dressing for a flavor kick - it brings everything together, and it adds such a nice touch. I’ve lost over 150 eating high-protein, lowcarb meals like this. Scoop it with some lowcarb crackers, stuff it into lettuce cups, pile it into wraps, or if you’re not lowcarb some toasted sourdough & avocado. Here’s how I made it: 1️⃣ Add 3 cups pulled or diced cooked chicken to a salad bowl. Add 4-5oz of finely chopped arugula or baby kale, 3 finely diced Persian cucumbers, 3 finely diced celery stalks, 1/2 small diced red onion, 3 thinly sliced scallions, and lots of fresh mint (about 4-5 tbsp). 2️⃣ In a separate jar, mix 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 2.5 tbsp mayo, 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard, 3 tbsp pickle juice, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper, and 1 tsp olive oil. Shake until smooth. Taste and adjust salt if needed. 3️⃣ Pour the dressing over the salad, then toss gentlym taste and adjust however way you want. 4️⃣ You can add some more fresh mint on top before serving, or some crushed up walnuts, pistachios or pine nuts. Add 4-5oz of finely chopped arugula or baby kale, 3 finely diced Persian cucumbers, 3 finely diced celery stalks, 1/2 small diced red onion, 3 thinly sliced scallions, and lots of fresh mint (about 4-5 tbsp). 2️⃣ In a separate jar, mix 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 2.5 tbsp mayo, 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard, 3 tbsp pickle juice, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper, and 1 tsp olive oil. Shake until smooth. Taste and adjust salt if needed. 3️⃣ Pour the dressing over the salad, then toss gentlym taste and adjust however way you want. 4️⃣ You can add some more fresh mint on top before serving, or some crushed up walnuts, pistachios or pine nuts. they were talking about expensive things and chanyeol suddenly remembered his trip to japan with kyungsoo 🍒 : a long time ago, i went on a trip to Japan with our member kyungsoo. he really loves cooking, so he kept dragging me along because he needed to go for some kind of cooking certificate thing. he said he needed a frying pan and his own stuff, so he took me there and there was this place that sold knives made by artisans. i didn't need anything.. but once we got there, everything looked so good. kyungsoo was tapping the knife and listening to the sound it made on the cutting board and that looked cool so... i bought one too 🦌 : you bought one too? 🍒 : yes, a very nice knife 🦌 : are you using it well? 🍒 : istill use it. i don't cook much, so the knife is still in great shape!

Being able to move fluidly between Figma Make and the canvas is a pretty big deal Recent example 👇 1️⃣ Started exploring a minified recording toolbar directly on the canvas 2️⃣ Once I had some rough shapes I moved it into Make, imported my style guide, and started bringing it to life with expandable controls, hover states, and tooltips for keyboard shortcuts 3️⃣ A few prompts later, I had something interesting… but the layout wasn’t quite right. 4️⃣ So I jumped back into the canvas and made ~8 quick variations with a bigger video container. 5️⃣ Once I got somewhere interesting I brought that back into Make. All I had to do was copy and paste the frames for my default and hover state of the component and it pretty much nailed the core layout 6️⃣ Then I layered on the timer and made it interactive. But once I got it back into Make I thought "hmm... what if the toolbar layout was based on which quadrant of the screen the component was in 🤔" I was able to one shot this interaction and after playing with it a bunch I kinda love it? 7️⃣ Sent it to the team in Inflight so everyone could play with the prototype. 8️⃣ Brought the up to date UI back into the canvas to polish some of the tooltip details Before this, it always felt like I had to choose between two very different workflows. Now I can bounce between them seamlessly and it’s genuinely changing how I explore ideas.

#Loverrukk shared her day off plans for this weekend 🍵🥗💪🏻💤 💖: I woke up this morning feeling really happy. I made some matcha, went to Pilates, then came back and had somtam (papaya salad). After that i sat for a bit to digest… then took a nap. I slept in the afternoon, woke up and practiced playing mlbb game for a while. After that i had dinner, sat around to digest again 😹 then took another nap in the evening. And now i’m not sleepy anymore… i wonder what time i’ll end up going to sleep. 💖: For tomorrow, i’m planning to wake up late, but i’ll probably wake up about half an hour before my alarm like usual. For example, if i set it for 9, I’ll wake up at 8:30 on my own. It just happens. Tmr is my day off too. i’ll wake up, make matcha, and order some bread, ham, rocket salad, Greek yogurt, and jam to make breakfast. I’ll also add some protein with scrambled eggs, 2 eggs with chili oil. That’ll be my breakfast. I’m happy~😸

Late game continued… I always yelled foul when we needed to foul. But this year stole “Purple” from Mr814😈 1:30 left. Team was going to hold 🏀 so we went Purple. Down 6 less than a minute. For those that say we need 3s…we made comeback without a single one made🤷🏼‍♂️ It’s an AAU sample size, and not HS/College, but some things I learned from changing to “purple”… 🟣Yelling purple instead of foul IMO gave us a little more leeway with refs to go for ball, instead of automatic whistle 🟣With automatic fouls not being called when we went for the ball, even though it made game more physical, it actually created more of a mental impact in our favor. That won us the game as much as creating extra possessions down the stretch 🟣IMO lot easier to communicate switch in your defense, both on and off, when you give your “fouling defense” a name So I appreciate Mr814 for sharing so I could learn and steal it🤝
