Please don't vote for BJP. Their politics is about making one citizen hate another citizen, one human fear another human. Please don't vote for BJP because this man's anguish is real, this man's helplessness is real, and that many in this country already think that he deserves the pain that he's feeling. There are many reasons not to vote for BJP, including their crony capitalism, their washing machine, electoral bonds, etc, but the foremost reason not to vote for them is because their politics is making us a country that is devoid of love and empathy for a fellow being.

South Africa was never meant to be a country where one culture has to disappear for another to exist. We can celebrate diversity without treating it like a competition. If Afrikaners want to celebrate their heritage through sport or cultural events, leave them. If Zulus want to celebrate theirs, leave them too. The same respect should apply to every community. Some people behave as if another group's cultural celebration somehow takes food off their plate. Relax. This is absolutely outrageous and sickening. Towards the end of my debate stand in London an actual teacher attempted to justify death threats being sent to another teacher simply for drawing the Prophet Muhammad. That teacher has now been in hiding for years just for critiquing another faith. This is obvious evidence that multiculturalism has failed.
