#WATCH | Delhi: On Bengaluru children's daycare centre incident, Dr Bhavna Barmi, Senior clinical and child psychologist, founder of Happiness Studio says, "Organisations should do multi-level assessment at the time of hiring. Proper background verification and reference checks should be done so that candidate's previous work behaviour and conduct can be understood. Behavioural interviews are also very important where not just their knowledge but their patience, empathy, communication skills and their capability to handle difficult situations are also assessed. This made me incredibly sad. Ideas, customs, traditions & behaviour of people or society in general becomes it's culture. But not everything in the name of culture needs to he considered sacred because we now have more knowledge than we have ever had in any time in history. 😔

Cristiano Ronaldo shares the mindset shift that changed how he sees life “Sometimes we give so much energy to situations that don’t go well in our lives but when you have a health problem you just stop and your priority is the cure to resolve the sickness. The other things are not important” “We put everything in the same package trying to solve so many problems when sometimes this isn’t a problem. This is just situations of life, daily things” “We focus on so many things and we forget to focus on the main thing. Focus on your priorities, don’t focus on so many things” “This is what I learned over time. You start to see life in a different way”

Jordan Peterson explains Hayek’s “knowledge problem” argument “The proposition that central planning will work is the proposition that you can substitute one expert mind for a million distributed expert minds.” “That’s obviously not the case, because each person is going to have knowledge that pertains to their locality that isn’t accessible to everyone. So it’s much better to let everyone make the decisions and sum them.”
