I’m definitely not anti carbs… I just prefer real food. But also as a gluten free girly, I appreciate things that make me feel like I’m not missing out 👸🏻 cue FOMO. Y’all know I love my burgers, so I just had to try out this unique bun recipe & it actually really hit the spot! Here’s how to make avocado burger buns: 🥑 Use a small avocado per set of buns you want to make. 🍳 Use one egg per avocado. 🧀 Add a ton of Parmesan cheese! I just eyeballed it. 👩🏻‍🍳 Mix until well blended and form into buns on an oiled baking sheet. ♨️ Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. And voila! 🍔 Try it and let me know what you think! #burger #burgerrecipe #avocado #recipe #healthyrecipe #glutenfree #keto

This is a 470 day old McDonald's cheeseburger The receipt is so old it’s deteriorated, but check out the burger bun, hamburger patty and the cheese. It’s all completely perfect There is no mold, no discoloration, it still looks edible. I actually show a McDonald’s burger that’s 18 years old here too. Again, still perfect This is not real food. People need to stop eating this chemical poison

Whenever kids see me around, they keep asking me for Shawarma or burger! Today is a good day, I was able to prepare Smash Cheeseburger .. to say they were excited, it would be an understatement! Before the aggression on Gaza, I used to visit burger restaurants and rate them as a food blogger.. we did have some incredible burger places btw! But here I am, making my own burgers in not ideal circumstances! Waiting for my rating. from the kids 💚

And yes, before the comments start, I know the old internet rumor that McDonald’s uses human meat. Zero evidence for it… but after this test, somebody might want to explain a few things. It’s my big day! (No, not my birthday; this is way more important to me.) Two years since I chose myself and the generations after me. I’m on the precipice of my new career in polysomnography, and I’m celebrating this win, these wins actually , being alcohol free and now completely sober has really contributed to all my other accomplishments as of late . This woman ordered food from a place her dad has never had before. She asks him how his food is and he’s raving about how good his burger is. She then lies to him and tells him that she ordered from a vegan place, and that his burger isn’t made from beef that it’s all vegetables. As soon as he hears that he starts to complain and make claims that it now tastes off to him, that he can tell it’s not real meat. So how did he go from enjoying how good the burger was to then claiming it tastes like baked beans a few moments later, is it the power of suggestion or is it a bias he already had in his own mind?

the way she’s aware not everyone been nice to her…but still this positive this is natural we love we hate..it’s natural It’s really hard to make everyone love you. You can’t control that, and it’s fine. I used to try to fix myself the way they wanted me to be, the way they wanted to see me, but I was like, that’s not WHO I AM. When I’m planning a trip I usually expect things to go as planned when it comes to the hotel. But what do I do when I get there and it’s nothing like what I expected? Should I stay or complain or should I just leave? Let me know what you do. I ended up just leaving because it wasn’t any cheaper to stay. For me it’s like ordering a high end burger for $30 and getting a $2 burger from McDonald’s for the $30 price. In a world where money walks I let my wallet do the talking and trying to pull the bait and switch on me won’t work.

The SECRET of Nats Park that should not be a secret, especially since I’ve been doing it for 18 straight years, including the World Series. YOU CAN BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD! STILL IN 2026! And a burger outside the stadium is $9 and inside the stadium. The same exact burger is $16. Back in the day we used to make sandwiches at home and buy peanuts for a dollar at 7-11. But today I wanted to show you the difference between buying food outside the stadium and inside the stadium. So we went to Swizzler, a very popular Smashburger place in DC. It’s located right outside of Nat Park. I got a burger and then went in the stadium to compare the price. So crazy that the $9 Swizzler burger is $16 inside Nats Park and I don’t even think they sell fries at Nats Park. So yeah, do not sleep on bringing your own food from home and water into the ballpark! but maybe bring some kind of a clear plastic bag from home because they didn’t like the brown paper bag today lol 😁

This was my first time arriving and I couldn’t even find the words except ‘wow…’ This is exactly what I imagined the future to be. Charging my Tesla, grabbing a burger and drink, and watching a movie, all in one futuristic place, surrounded by the products and people I love. And Tesla just made it real.
