This is why I refuse to use a public gym. I'm getting over severe neuropathy and just getting my strength back. the last thing I need is to be a star in some buff bro's video bcz he's trying to flex on me for likes. This dude might be recovering or something. No sense in shaming

Anyone who is working out in the gym is indeed trying. Criticising them for that is wrong. If that man sees this video and feels shamed then he might never go back.

No assist on a 45 plate is nothing - why is this guy boasting about this? My Max is 8 reps 4 plates. And no, I never judge anyone. I started with assisted dips. We all have to start somewhere.
