Dang, I'm a small dude. My MAX on the bench when I was grinding hard was 185 and I was so happy with that. I wish I was born a bigger dude, but given my size that's a big win pushing up 185 and I'd be grunting like an idiot doing it too lol

I wouldn’t zoom in on my face like that if I had nasal hair that could pass for a beard

Someone who is truly happy or successful, will never hate on anyone. The problem is always inside.

185 isn’t even light. I’ve seen a lot of grown men benching that weight at my gym. It’s like average. People who look down on others and want to be judgmental should NOT be allowed at the gyms. If this was my gym, I would’ve kicked him out. ZERO tolerance from me 🙅🏿♂️

He should know better seeing as how he used to be that guy

185 isn't even that bad. A very small percentage of the male population can even bench that much, but regardless always encourages others who even show up to the gym.

Why’s this guy laughing at some other guy’s numbers when the heaviest thing he lifts are his Teflon coated eyelids?

That dudes never been hyped up by a friend in his life

Keep the positive messages coming. It’s refreshing.

I started training to be a spin instructor…your motivation is going to help me motivate others. See how much more effective that is compared to people being jerks?
