Rosaria Butterfield and Christopher Yuan look at the Christian sexual ethic and how it compares and contrasts with the way the world understands sexual identity. Rosaria: “Christians need to know what TIME it is.” Rosaria: “The first is to think that there is such a thing as a gay person, or a lesbian person, to actually think that your personhood or your image-bearing is attached. There is no such thing as a person made in the image of God as a lesbian, or a gay man, or a transgender. You are made in the image of God as a man or made in the image of God as a woman.” Christopher Yuan: “We need to make sure that our indwelling sin is something that we are mortifying, putting to death, that we aren't then coddling it and saying, "Well, it's, it's really neutral." And we can then identify, "I'm not a gay Christian." I am, when none of you should identify as a prideful Christian or a lustful Christian or whatever it is. That's my dead man, and no one is ever going to resuscitate him.”

Some people need to hear this again. I've said it countless times before in pretty much all my videos over the last year(s): If you're serious about software engineering (i.e., you want to get or keep a job or get serious work done) => You NEED to be open to AI! Use it as a tool. Don't dismiss it as "slop" or a fad. If that's your take, you need to THINK AGAIN. The Zig approach of banning AI is NOT the way unless you're doing this for your personal joy. Which is fine. It really is. But it will NOT land you a job, if that's what you're going for. And rightfully so, because I truly am convinced that you ARE way more productive with AI. When using it correctly. As a tool. Which is what we're all still figuring out.
