this makes no sense, this is just parallel computing

Not accurate, sorry, here's how to make it better:

Best worst description of quantum computing ever. It looks cool at least

I like it, but at the point where I was hoping for an explanation of how superposition is possible, he just said it's "strange." So how does it work?

My 6 year old was asking questions about Santa and i threw out wormholes and quantam physics as how he could do some things , and he was asking me more about it suspiciously. This video might convince him for a few years lol

It's not a good explanation. Entangled states are not independent and not similar to full parallelism. Its sort of the only way to massively oversimplify this for an 8 year old. But if you are an 8 year then be done with this. But if you are smarter/older then read, read, read.

Your example is evidence that Quantum Computing is a complete scam based on the pseudoscience of Quantum Mechanics. The QC experiment failed to produce parallelism predicted by the theory of Quantum Mechanics and its fantasy "Quantum Particle State Superposition." Parallelism:

quantum computing is wallstreets longest running hoax nobody is close to anything all the can do today is produce random numbers fast

Wrong. It THEORISES about how quantum search might be better than the most suboptimal classical computer algorithm imaginable. But it doesn’t provide this context
