Microplastics are so insidious today and found in the human brain, testicles, and placentas (PMID: 36948312, 38745431, 39901044, 33395930). Microplastics are known to be endocrine disrupters, and I am convinced that they are harmful to humans (PMID: 36726457). I strongly believe that limiting your exposure to microplastics will improve your quality of life. Knowledge is power! Know better, do better. The choice is yours…

I guess it depends on manufacturers. I just cut open a pop can and found no plastic liner. I even tried burning it with a lighter and nothing melted.
