Looks like Bordesley Green. Pakis have been double parking in B'ham for 40 yrs. The "poorest" areas, every house has at least 1 car, many have 2-3. Often, untaxed, uninsured & no licence. They'll double park to chat in urdu when there's a space 10 yards away. Cunts! Deport!
