“Kya naam hai bhaiya yahan par? Alipur? Duar?” This is the National President of BJP, Nitin Nabin. These are the Bangla-Birodhi Bohiragotos who have zero connection with Bengal, zero respect for Bengal, and zero interest in the people of Bengal. They cannot even bother to learn the basic geography of the state whose votes they come begging for. The lawlessness on full display since day before yesterday, right from Farakka to Chakulia is spreading like wildfire. The National Highway at Beldanga; Murshidabad district, has been completely obstructed by anti social elements for almost 3 hours now. Rampant stone pelting is happening unabated. The trains have been forcefully halted. The area is under the complete dominance of hoodlums, hooligans and goons. No sign of Police action till now. Thousands of passengers are stranded who are petrified and without food and water, with no respite in sight. I would like to urge the DGP (acting) West Bengal Police to mobilize Forces and regain control of the area. Today during a street corner meeting at Ekbalpore, Hussain Park, goons linked to TMC and Firhad Hakim abused BJP karyakartas and created disruption. When we protested, the Ekbalpore OC threatened to kill me and my karyakartas. Not only that, an open lathi-charge was carried out on me, my karyakartas, and even my daughter. I have seen many opposition parties losing to the BJP from 2014. RJD, SP, INC, SSUBT, NCP etc etc.... But I have never seen the people tease, taunt, jeer & mock the opposition leaders, members of the party and an Ex CM as much as the people of West Bengal did to Mamta Banerjee, Abhishek Banerjee and each and every karyakarta, politician, or MP/MLA of the TMC party. From making memes, dancing on bridges and in pubs, mocking them in front of their houses, making a playlist of File Chor, Pishi chor Vaipo Chor type of songs, cat calling Mamta Banerjee in the Supreme Court,to spitting on Abhishek Banerjee.... they did all to their hearts content and are still dancing and celebrating. This is what happens....when you intimidate and torture people into silence and submission for years. I can predict that after this freedom and new found valour, if Mahua Moitra goes asking for votes in the Lok Sabha elections, every MP candidate of the TMC including her, will get what she most likes to advertise.......Eggs !!
