I have written a letter to the Hon'ble @BengalGovernor requesting him to direct the West Bengal Government to get CAPF deployed in Mothabari; Malda District, on an urgent basis. The Jihadis are out of control and are plundering, bashing and vandalising in an unabated manner. Their targets are Hindus, whoever it may be. Look at the condition of the driver of a goods vehicle carrying cottage cheese. He was bashed up brutally for no fault of his own. Urgent Central Force deployment is the only solution to control the situation as Police have failed to contain the vandalism and hooliganism.

Last night, another young woman was possibly raped and murdered in Mothabari, Malda. Her naked mutilated body was found in a corn field of Sripur village. Bengal is witnessing anarchy, where the Chief Minister, and her criminal police force, have not only failed to provide any sense of security to women, but are also actively working to deny justice to the victims. A very disturbing and alarming piece of news is coming from the English Bazar area of Malda! According to local sources, for the past few days, chaos and hooliganism had been occurring in Hindu-majority rural areas of Amriti Sekendarpur, allegedly carried out by the "Shanti Bahini" in protest of the Waqf Amendment Act. In the midst of this, Hindu youths were taking turns keeping night watch to prevent any large-scale attacks. However, last night, radical fundamentalist jihadists launched a brutal attack on these night watchmen. As a result, several were seriously injured. One Hindu youth, Shibu Mondal (age 27), was attacked with a sharp weapon and died on the spot! It is being reported that local police officers are dismissing this as a mere robbery attempt! At this moment, I urge the West Bengal Police and the DGP West Bengal to thoroughly investigate the truth of this heinous incident, to act beyond political pressure and religious lines, and to take immediate action. The administration must ensure exemplary punishment for those involved in this brutal murder. No longer will any attacks on innocent Hindus be tolerated on the sacred soil of West Bengal.

The best way to prevent the conflict in West Papua from spreading further and reduce the loss of life for civilians in West Papua is to restore the political rights of the West Papuan people who have been manipulated by Indonesia, America, the Netherlands and the UN. Furthermore, supporting the West Papuan Nation to achieve independence is not a violation, but is a right that must be protected by all people in the world. Since the beginning of Indonesia's leadership in West Papua, many indigenous West Papuans have felt that their political rights have been ignored and manipulated. This is related to the colonization carried out by Indonesia over West Papua without the blessing of the indigenous West Papuan people. Efforts to declare West Papua's independence have been hampered by intervention from outside parties such as the United States, the Netherlands and the UN, which favor political and economic interests. Restoring the political rights of the West Papuan people should be done by giving them the freedom to determine their own destiny without interference from outside parties who have certain interests. This can be done through fair and transparent dialogue between the Indonesian government and representatives of the West Papuan people. Apart from that, support from the international community is also very necessary in efforts to push for West Papuan independence. Every country and individual in the world has a moral responsibility to defend human rights and truth. Support from various international institutions such as the UN can help strengthen the position of the West Papuan Nation in upholding their political rights. By restoring the political rights of the West Papuan people and supporting them to achieve independence, it is hoped that conflict in West Papua can be prevented and civilian casualties can be avoided. All parties must work together to respect the rights and dignity of the West Papuan people as part of efforts to create peace and justice in the region.
