‼️PART 2: Candace Owens Breaks Down the MOST Damaging EXCULPATORY Evidence From Tyler Robinson’s Hearing — DNA Forensics & Firearm Ballistics 🔍👀 In tonight’s episode, Candace Owens highlighted two major pieces of testimony from the ATF that directly undermine the claim that Tyler Robinson shot Charlie Kirk. First, ATF forensic biologist Caitlin Oliver testified that Tyler Robinson’s DNA was the most degraded of all the samples found on the gun. She also confirmed there were multiple DNA contributors on the weapon — including Lance Twiggs and even Tyler’s father. Candace explained that if Tyler had recently fired the rifle, his DNA should have been among the freshest, not the most degraded. This strongly suggests his DNA was left on the gun long before September 10th. Even more explosive was the testimony from ATF ballistics expert Samantha Carner. Of the seven bullet fragments removed from Charlie Kirk’s body, only one was usable for analysis. That single fragment had a diameter too small to have come from Tyler Robinson’s .30-06 rifle. Additionally, Something HUGE Candace missed was that the ATF Analyst that performed the tesiting admitted the recovered rifle had dust inside the barrel — when it was recovered, which PROVES it had NOT been recently fired. This is not the overwhelming case they’ve been selling. The forensic evidence actually points away from Tyler Robinson as the shooter. ‼️BREAKING: Prosecution Shows Rifle Photos In Tyler Robinson Hearing — But There’s A Major Problem 👀 In Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing, prosecutors just showed photos of the rifle they claim was used to assassinate Charlie Kirk. They displayed: The exact location where the gun was allegedly found The rifle wrapped in a towel (how they say it was discovered) The same rifle out of the towel and in a box Here’s the critical issue: This is a sporterized Mauser .30-06 with a low-mounted scope. If the rifle still has its original military-style wing safety, it would be nearly impossible to operate with that scope mounted. The safety wing would have to flip up and over the bolt — directly into the scope. For this rifle to actually fire with the current scope setup, it would need an aftermarket low-profile safety that clears the optic. So the question is simple: Looking at these photos the prosecution just presented… does this rifle still have the original military wing safety, or has it been modified with a low-profile aftermarket safety? If it still has the original safety, this gun — as configured — could not have been fired with that scope in place. This is a major problem for the prosecution’s case. Watch the clip and look closely at the safety on the rifle. What do you see? More on this coming. Follow for the technical breakdowns they’re not addressing in court. CC: Candace Owens Baron Coleman

Ian Carroll I hope this is not the testimony you’re referring to. If so, it just further proves what a liar you are. Nestor: “But you don’t know what the K9 was tasked with?” Detective Hull: “My understanding was that it may have been used in an effort to track an individual that jumped off the roof, but I don’t know for certain.” Nestor: “Obviously that didn’t produce any results?” Detective Hull: “Not that I was made aware of.” The full account from Agent Faumina (SBI) of how the rifle was found is provided in this clip. Facts: 1) There is zero evidence the rifle was missed by any dogs. 2) There is no evidence that “bomb” dogs were ever tasked with finding the rifle. 3) There is zero evidence that FBI agents directed UT County Sheriff Deputies where to look for the rifle as claimed by Candace. 4) There is no evidence the “rifle was planted by the Feds” as claimed/insinuated by Candace. It’s another convenient, unverifiable BS story from an anonymous source, pushed by Candace Owens and her chief lying lapdog Ian Carroll. Those claims are contradicted by testimony and facts. Remember y’all, in 10 months Candace Owens has not produced a single piece of evidence that could be admitted in court. Also remember that Ian Carroll called the picture of the rifle a “stock photo” for over 10 months and still hasn’t corrected the record or admitted he lied (or was wrong). Wake up.

🚨BREAKING: Read the Official Court Filing in the Tyler Robinson Case—Just Released😳 The establishment is trying to bury the details of the newest court filing in the Tyler Robinson case, but the actual documents prove the entire official narrative is collapsing in real-time. The state does not have an open-and-shut case. They have a massive, compromised mess, and they are scrambling. Here is exactly what the defense's new motion reveals: The prosecution's entire timeline relies on the rifle found at the scene. But the filing officially confirms that the ATF’s firearm analysis on the bullet recovered during the autopsy was "inconclusive." They cannot forensically match the bullet that killed Charlie Kirk to the weapon they claim Tyler Robinson used. The defense is literally planning to use the state's own ATF ballistics report as exculpatory evidence to clear Tyler's name. They told the public this was a lone gunman. Yet, the FBI and ATF DNA reports indicate that multiple different DNA profiles (a DNA mixture) were found on the evidence, including the rifle. The crime scene was contaminated, the weapon was handled by multiple people, and the Feds are desperately trying to sort through the mess. How is the state responding to their lack of forensic evidence? By burying the defense. The filing reveals the prosecution just dumped 20,000 electronic audio files and written documents onto Tyler’s lawyers. It is a classic stall tactic. Because the Feds' testing is so convoluted and full of mixed DNA, the defense is demanding a 6-month delay so they can bring in independent forensic biologists, genetic systems engineers, and statisticians to verify if the FBI and ATF even applied correct scientific procedures. Tyler Robinson is a scapegoat, and the physical evidence proves it. 🇺🇸⚓️

‼️Candace Just Named the ROOKIE Cop Who “Found” Tyler Robinson’s GUN After the Bomb Dogs MISSED It🤔 The gun that was supposed to close the case keeps looking more planted by the day. Candace revealed that bomb dogs — including one named Freya — searched the field where the rifle was later recovered and came up empty. Only after federal agents arrived and instructed two brand-new rookie officers to search the same area again did the gun suddenly appear. One of those officers was Mitchell Curtis of the Pleasant Grove Police Department, a 2025 UVU graduate with almost no experience on the job. What makes this even more interesting is his father. Foster Curtis spent 21 years at NCIS, rising to Division Chief in the Office of Inspector General — the exact type of federal office that would investigate major crimes involving military or defense networks. In June 2025, just months before the assassination, he abruptly left that senior federal role for a controversial interim local Inspector General position in Richmond, Virginia after the previous IG was removed under a cloud of secrecy and NDAs. A brand-new rookie whose father just exited a high-level NCIS post “finds” the key piece of evidence after trained bomb dogs failed. The gun itself had dust in the barrel and Tyler’s prints were the most degraded of multiple sets recovered. The coincidences are stacking too high to ignore.
