Powerful people from all parties failed to protect girls like me from being raped and abused. But Labour were worst of all. It was in Labour-led Telford where I was asked by a CSE detective if I had “consented to sexual activity” at any point. It was local Labour politicians that called Pakistani-Muslim grooming gang survivors “paki shaggers” and “white slags”. It was in Labour-run Rochdale and Rotherham where local services turned little girls away and handed them straight back to their abusers because they didn’t want to be called racist. Labour councils. Labour politicians. Labour councillors. Labour-led local authorities. Labour-controlled police forces. So long as Labour is the sole leader of the National Grooming Gangs Inquiry, there is no chance of justice or change. The appointment of a Labour Peer with no legal experience to chair an investigation into the worst legal and systemic failure this country has ever seen? It’s a farce. Labour cannot be the face of justice. Not when they were the architects of the very atrocities we are fighting to expose. Nothing will change, nothing will get better, and we will be letting Labour mark their own homework and sweep their corruption under the rug with the veneer of an “impartial inquiry”. The only way the inquiry stands a chance of succeeding is if Reform, the Tories, survivors, apolitical experts, whistleblowers and legal professionals are given a seat at the table. London Mayor Sadiq Khan and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer have blood on their hands. Both men willfully enabled the mass rape and sexual torture of British white girls by gangs of Muslim men, and we have proof. Khan, when he was first asked publicly about these allegations, said that it was fake and that they were false allegations. And he turned it around and blamed the victims and falsely accused them of being politically motivated. He basically said the victims falsely accused Muslims of doing this because they were Islamophobic. He described evidence from whistleblowers as politically motivated. He told the London Assembly that child sexual exploitation in the capital is a 'far more complex' matter and does not fit the grooming-style patterns on display across deprived northern towns...A Daily Express investigation revealed that Khan had direct access to HM Inspectorate of Constabulary documents detailing the very patterns of offending he had denied. Khan read these files yet continued to deny the existence of grooming gangs in public.” Unconscionable. Also in the report, Keir Starmer allowed these rapists and pedophiles to keep raping. "While Sir Keir Starmer was the Director of Public Prosecutions, it has been reported that 13,000 suspected rape gang members and paedophiles were let off with warning letters." Starmer deliberately let off the gang rapists and pedophiles with nothing more than a "warning letter." The complicity of these politicians is incomprehensible to me.

But independent Muslim MP Ayoub Khan used his speech to blame white men for the crimes, and accused those talking about grooming gangs of "revealing a prejudice" and being "far less interested in victims than in validating their own hatred of ethnic minorities, Muslims, migrants and foreign nationals." Yesterday we had a delayed short debate on the government's pre-Easter statement on child sexual abuse. I was suitably frustrated and tried to explain a) that grooming rape gangs are still operating NOW and b) that councils aren't going to apply for grants for local inquiries as too many within are compromised because THEY were part of cover up.

What visas were these men arriving on? Visitor visas? Spousal visas? Were they ever vetted? Were they ever removed? How many even left? We issue hundreds of Pakistani visitor visas every single day over 200,000 granted last year alone, more than double the number issued just two years earlier, with barely any meaningful checks on criminal history, local enforcement records, or links to rape gang networks, how many, like the men Jade described, are here to rape? If we had a single serious safeguarding department in Whitehall, these questions would already be answered. But they’re not because no one dares ask. How many more Jades are there? We now know that what happened in Rotherham, Rochdale wasn’t an exception. It was a model. Networks of Pakistani men were allowed to operate openly for over a decade across towns and cities in England. They weren’t just ignored. They were enabled by police, by social services, and by politicians who feared losing their seats or individuals who feared being called racist more than they feared being complicit in the rape of children. These weren’t isolated incidents. They were nationwide, organised, targeted abuse. The victims were mainly white girls. The rapists knew it. They called them “white bitches”.” They told the victims the police wouldn’t act, and if they did they would say the victim is racist . And for years, they were right.
