AIDAN KEARNEY ADMITS HE WAS GIVEN NON PUBLIC DISCOVERY TO HARASS AND LEAK Last night, in what can only be described as yet again another beyond stupid and ill advised choice, Aidan Kearney admitted he was given non public discovery from John O'Keefe's cell phone extraction. In this case, it was a text between Julie Albert and John O'Keefe from 2021 that Karen Read had obtained in discovery from John O'Keefe's cell phone extraction. Kearney went on to use that text to taunt Julie Albert by alluding to what the text said. Later, as he states in the video below, he leaked the contents verbatim. Kearney obtained the non public discovery through his relationship with defendant Karen Read and her legal team, further solidifying the defamation allegations that Read was funneling non public discovery to Kearney. Oopsie!! That's a debilitating to blow to both his and Read's defense in the civil case. It also will not play well for Kearney's existing and/or future criminal charges as it is an admission Read conspired to provide Kearney with embarrassing non public discovery in a murder case for the purposes of harassment of witnesses and their families. On August 12, 2023, on a live show, Aidan Kearney played a game he called "Canton Roulette" in which he would randomly call investigators, witnesses, and their families involved in the Read case for the purpose of harassment and taunting. That night, he called Jillian Daniels, aunt of Colin Albert, and started the call with "Are you at all worried that your godson Colin is going to go to jail?" The calls between the pair, which included several hang ups and call backs lasted roughly 9 minutes, and included Kearney repeatedly telling Daniels he had "proof" Colin was involved in John O'Keefe's murder to which Daniels, expectedly, became increasingly more upset. At the time, Kearney was working with defendant Karen Read and her legal team who were the sources of Kearney's "proof". Kearney and his followers had been relentlessly harassing Colin Albert based on Karen Read's false allegation that Albert was involved in John O'Keefe's death. Two days later on August 14, 2023, David Yannetti, Read's attorney, sent a clip of the call to Kearney saying the call was "hilarious" and "devastating" as well as congratulating Kearney on his harassment work with a "Cudos." PROOF AIDAN KEARNEY DID PRINT PROPAGANDA ON KAREN READ'S BEHALF WHICH HE KNEW WAS NOT TRUE On September 27, 2023, Aidan Kearney published Part 164 of the Canton Cover Up in which he claims that a screenshot provided to MSP and reporter Gretchen Voss demonstrating what time Colin Albert left 34 Fairview had been "altered" and "doctored." He did so in response to Karen Read asking him to call out Voss on the "manipulated" text. This morning, Kearney admitted that he "always" thought the text was "real" thereby admitting he knowingly published information he believed to be FALSE in order to sway public opinion of the witnesses. Further, the Signal messages prove this was at the direction of Karen Read. The legitimacy of the text screenshot has been the source of harassment directed at Colin Albert and Allie McCabe for years and continues to this day. This folks seems to be a confession by Kearney to what may be an implied conspiracy between the pair. Oopsie!!

While we may never know with certainty the who, why, and how, surrounding the opening of the federal investigation in the Read matter, we do have clues, courtesy of Read, her attorneys and activist blogger Aidan Kearney. On the left, a detailed timeline of the involvement of the parties and their communications with key dates related to information leaked regarding the federal investigation. On the right, a minute long video showing: 1. Jackson using Kearney's blog to get into the public sphere what should have been a secret federal investigation 2. Scanlon in a wiretapped call stating he didn't know who Colin Albert was or that he'd been in the house, in direct opposition to Yanetti's claims 3. Kearney telling his audience in July of 2023 he thought it was Yanetti who opened the investigation and given he was in communication with Yanetti, it's not a far stretch to wonder if that thought originated through those communications. 4. Yanetti stating in open court the defense had done their own investigation into Brian Albert & Colin Albert, which also not so coincidentally seemed to exactly fit with the information the Feds were investigating. If Karen Read and her team embellished the information given to the Feds in order to petition for an investigation, and if they then exploited that investigation in a bid to drum up public support for Read and pressure the Commonwealth to drop their case, that would be a very serious matter indeed. Adam Deitch and former U.S. Attorney Josh Levy led the investigation into the John O’Keefe case and found no corruption and no conspiracy. The case was closed—full stop. This investigation was initiated by Read and her lawyers, who then went on to use the investigation as their golden ticket to fuel a “blame it on the girl” and PR smear campaign of every single commonwealth witness. In an unprecedented move, after Josh Levy’s departure, the new U.S. Attorney, Leah Foley, formally notified the Commonwealth, the Canton Police Department, and the Massachusetts State Police that the investigation was over and closed, and she allowed that information to be shared publicly. Adam Deitch for District Attorney , now running for the very office he once investigated, is teasing in campaign speeches that he’ll “look into” John O’Keefe’s death if elected. But here’s the problem: he already did. His investigation concluded with no findings of corruption or conspiracy and allowed Read to stand trial for murder—TWICE. Why is he making these absurd claims? Why did he pack up and move to Norfolk county to run for DA & why are Karen Read and her lawyers so invested in having him elected? We all know Steve. (Screenshot below) Read was attempting to spin a crazy cOnSpIrAcY that Judge O'Malley was in on the plot to frame her since he had once represented John O'Keefe's ex-girlfriend, Mary Beth Frisoli, in a DUI case. Read was irritated with Frisoli for openly supporting the O'Keefes in court. Later that night, during his live show, Kearney does as exactly as Read requested and lays out the connection between Frisoli and O'Malley, even though he claims to have spoken to attorneys who told him Read's theory was pure nonsense. (Video below) Fast forward to May 2024 when Mary Beth Frisoli attends Read's trial in support of the O'Keefes. Almost instantly, Kearney publishes a blog about Frisoli with some of the information Read had shared back in 2023. (Screenshot below) But Read's attacks on Frisoli didn't end with Kearney. Several months later, in the fall of 2024. after the O'Keefes had filed their wrongful death suit against Read, she leaked a screenshot from a Ring video in evidence of Mr. O'Keefe to Sean McDonough, a content creator who had been given the "taillight project." McDonough had long claimed the police manipulated Read's taillight and planted the taillight fragments. Further, he claimed that Karl Dugal, John's best friend who Read had a vendetta against because he had the nerve to ask her on the courthouse steps during press interviews why she admitted she did it, had taken John's Traverse to have it repaired before MSP could inspect it to hide that Read's taillight had been damaged when she reversed into it backing out of the garage the morning John died. The screenshot Read leaked showed Mr. O'Keefe behind John's Traverse and McDonough told a wild tale that Mr. O'Keefe had seen the damage on the Traverse and told Mary Beth Frisoli that he knew Karl had taken the car to be repaired, a cruel lie designed to inflict pain on both John's father and Mary Beth. (Screenshot below) Read's vindictiveness and spite knows no bounds and it appears there is no shortage of content creators willing to help her lash out. Several months later, in the fall of 2024. after the O'Keefes had filed their wrongful death suit against Read, she leaked a screenshot from a Ring video in evidence of Mr. O'Keefe to Sean McDonough, a content creator who had been given the "taillight project." McDonough had long claimed the police manipulated Read's taillight and planted the taillight fragments. Further, he claimed that Karl Dugal, John's best friend who Read had a vendetta against because he had the nerve to ask her on the courthouse steps during press interviews why she admitted she did it, had taken John's Traverse to have it repaired before MSP could inspect it to hide that Read's taillight had been damaged when she reversed into it backing out of the garage the morning John died. The screenshot Read leaked showed Mr. O'Keefe behind John's Traverse and McDonough told a wild tale that Mr. O'Keefe had seen the damage on the Traverse and told Mary Beth Frisoli that he knew Karl had taken the car to be repaired, a cruel lie designed to inflict pain on both John's father and Mary Beth. (Screenshot below) Read's vindictiveness and spite knows no bounds and it appears there is no shortage of content creators willing to help her lash out. So we are all prepared for Friday's hearing. On the left is confirmation that Karen Read, who had locked out MSP for over 45 minutes when they attempted to serve a search warrant in January 2024, factory reset at least one phone before she let MSP in. On the right is Karen Read in August 2025 , on a phone call Read claims Aidan Kearney illegally recorded, screaming about the contents of her seized phones. Read and Kearney are currently under investigation for conspiracy to commit witness intimidation in her murder case. Read is also being sued for wrongful death by the O'Keefe family. The hearing is for the civil wrongful death case.
