It’s the TTC management that needs to step up and protect Toronto transit, instead of just taking taxpayers money and asking for more raises.

Notice how Brad explained how he will do better. His bogus fare refund plan for delays is going to bankrupt the TTC in a month or so. Proposing solutions isn’t Brad’s strong suit
