BREAKING, EXCLUSIVE VIDEO ONLY FROM REAL AMERICA’S VOICE NEWS! ICE arrests illegal alien serving as a local police officer in Suburban Chicago! Hanover Park Police Department authorized illegal alien to carry a firearm in violation of federal law. CHICAGO — While conducting targeted enforcement operations in Rolling Meadows on Oct. 15, ICE Chicago arrested an illegal alien from Montenegro who was recently sworn in as a police officer in the Chicago suburb of Hanover Park. Officers assigned to Operation Midway Blitz identified Radule Bojovic as a B-2 visitor visa overstay, who was required to leave the country by March 31, 2015. He illegally overstayed his visa by more than ten years. “Illegal aliens are prohibited from owning or possessing firearms — full stop,” said ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Chicago Field Office Director Sam Olson. “This is the second known instance in recent months of a local police department hiring an illegal alien and unlawfully issuing him a firearm while on duty in violation of federal law. It is alarming how local jurisdictions continue to disregard federal law to the detriment of their communities.” Upon arrest, Bojovic provided his employee identification card, confirming he is a police officer with the Hanover Park Police Department. Bojovic also admitted that he had no weapons on his person because he's only authorized to carry his firearm while on duty. As an alien illegally present in the United States, ICE officers immediately placed Bojovic under arrest. This is just the latest instance of Governor JB Pritzker’s continued refusal to abide by federal laws, jeopardizing the welfare of Illinois residents. A new misinformation campaign is being spread by Democrat influencers saying ICE agents aren’t real law enforcement officers Legal experts break it down “Are ICE agents real law enforcement with real law enforcement powers? A lot of people are saying they aren't, but that's wrong: Independent of what you think of them, under the law, which is what we talk about here, ICE agents are real federal law enforcement officers. They actually complete their training at the same giant federal facilities where other agencies like the Secret Service, DEA, and Marshals train. As for the law, their authority to investigate and make arrests for immigration crimes falls under these two federal statutes, sections 1226 and 1357. But because they are sworn federal law enforcement officers, they also have broad Title 18 authority. Title 18 being the the general code of federal criminal laws in the US. And this is a big point of misunderstanding for people. A lot of people think that ICE only has authority for immigration related offenses. And while it's true that ICE's main mission is to enforce immigration related crimes, they won't be stopped on a bank robbery. For example: They still technically have the legal authority to arrest for tons of different federal crimes committed in their presence. Because they are sworn federal law enforcement. This is how we see ICE agents in the news arresting for things like obstruction and assault, even though these aren't specific immigration offenses. And because tons of people in the comments are getting this wrong, this is just an important clarification for you to know.”

A police officer carries enormous power. The power to stop, search, arrest, detain, investigate and, in some cases, use force. That power must always come with responsibility. It is therefore deeply disturbing that many police officers in Kenya continue to hide their names and service numbers while carrying out their duties. This is not only wrong, it is a direct violation of the law. The National Police Service Act No. 11A of 2011 is clear. Paragraph A10 states: "A Police officer in uniform shall at all times affix a nametag or identifiable Service number in a clearly visible part of the uniform." The law does not say "sometimes." It does not say "when convenient." It says at all times. Why would an officer conceal their identity from the public they are sworn to serve? An honest officer should have no fear of being identified. A professional officer should proudly wear their name and service number. It is the rogue officer, the corrupt officer and the abusive officer who benefits from anonymity. When citizens cannot identify officers, complaints become impossible. Accountability disappears. Justice is obstructed. Public trust is destroyed. The Inspector General knows this problem exists. The National Police Service Commission knows it exists. Human rights organizations have repeatedly raised concerns about it. Yet little meaningful action has been taken. A police uniform should never become a mask behind which misconduct is hidden. The question Kenyans must ask is simple: Are we being policed by accountable public servants, or by individuals who deliberately conceal their identities while exercising state power? No police officer should be above the law. The first duty of law enforcement is to obey the law. Every officer must wear a visible name tag and service number.

In the wake of the Manchester Airport incident, where an armed officer was suspended after a video showed him using force during an arrest, the rush to judgment is not only unjust but perilous for public safety. The full video release, which clearly shows the officer being violently assaulted before responding, underscores a critical issue. The growing trend of scrutinising police actions without considering the full context or immediate threats faced by officers. The video footage from Manchester Airport reveals a chaotic and dangerous situation. The officer dazed after being punched in the head three times, found himself in a fight for survival. The aggressive behaviour of the suspect necessitated a rapid and forceful response. According to principles governing police use of force, officers are entitled to defend themselves and others from imminent harm. When under assault, the officer’s priority was to neutralise the threat swiftly, a decision made in split seconds and under extreme duress. Critics argue that the force used was excessive, but it's crucial to understand the legal framework. Armed officers are trained to respond proportionately to threats. In situations where their own lives or the lives of others are at immediate risk, what may appear excessive in hindsight can be entirely justified. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) is investigating the incident, considering all circumstances, including the severity of the assault on the officer and the perceived threat. This incident is symptomatic of a broader, troubling trend. The tendency to vilify police officers without due process. Immediate public outrage, often fuelled by incomplete footage or social media snippets, leads to premature judgments and severe consequences for the officers involved. This witch hunt mentality not only demoralises the police force but also emboldens criminals who see a weakened, scrutinised police presence as an opportunity. The witch hunt against police is not an isolated phenomenon. It is part of a larger strategy employed by certain groups to manipulate public perception and cry wolf. Consider the case of Bailey and the Syrian bully in Huddersfield, where a fabricated narrative was constructed around the alleged bullying of a Syrian boy. The ensuing media frenzy and public outcry were based on misleading information, weaponising the boy's background to generate sympathy, and vilifying the supposed aggressor. This tactic is being used again in the Manchester Airport incident, where Muslim groups are quick to label the police response as racist and ignoring the violent assault on the officer. By crying wolf and manipulating public sentiment, these groups undermine legitimate law enforcement efforts and create an environment where officers are hesitant to act, fearing backlash and accusations of bias. When police officers are hesitant to act out of fear of suspension or legal repercussions, public safety is compromised. Officers must have the confidence that they can perform their duties without facing undue persecution. The constant second-guessing of their split-second decisions can lead to hesitation, endangering both officers and the public they are sworn to protect. The Manchester Airport incident should serve as a reminder of the complexities and dangers of police work. Instead of rushing to condemn, we should ensure that our officers are supported and that their actions are judged fairly, considering the full context and the immediate threats they face. The witch hunt against police officers, often fuelled by manipulative tactics and false accusations, not only undermines their ability to protect us but also threatens the very fabric of public safety. It's time to stand by our police and ensure they have the support and respect they need to do their jobs effectively.

UPDATE: DHS Statement on ICE Shooting in Minnesota At 6:50 PM CT, federal law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted traffic stop in Minneapolis of an illegal alien from Venezuela who was released into the country by Joe Biden in 2022. In an attempt to evade arrest, the subject fled the scene in his vehicle and crashed into a parked car. The subject then fled on foot. The law enforcement officer caught up to the subject on foot and attempted to apprehend him when the subject began to resist and violently assault the officer. While the subject and law enforcement were in a struggle on the ground, two subjects came out of a nearby apartment and also attacked the law enforcement officer with a snow shovel and broom handle. As the officer was being ambushed and attacked by the two individuals, the original subject got loose and began striking the officer with a shovel or broom stick. Fearing for his life and safety as he was being ambushed by three individuals, the officer fired defensive shots to defend his life. The initial subject was hit in the leg. All three subjects ran back into the apartment and barricaded themselves inside. The attacked officer and subject are both in the hospital. Both attackers are in custody. This attack on another brave member of law enforcement took place while Minnesota’s top leaders, Governor Walz and Mayor Frey, are actively encouraging an organized resistance to ICE and federal law enforcement officers. Their hateful rhetoric and resistance against men and women who are simply trying to do their jobs must end. Federal law enforcement officers are facing a 1,300% increase in assaults against them as they put their lives on the line to arrest criminals and lawbreakers.
