🚨BREAKING: A new video just exposed that ICE and DHS blatantly LIED about another shooting in Minneapolis… And it’s not a small discrepancy… it’s a complete fabrication of what happened. On January 14th, ICE agents claimed they were brutally attacked for minutes… beaten with a shovel and broom… that...

🚨BREAKING: New video footage shows ICE agents shooting a man trying to drive away, in Patterson, California… Proving DHS lied AGAIN. In the video, the driver is clearly reversing to get out of a boxed‑in spot. He backs up and accidentally hits an unmarked agent vehicle parked behind him… Not ramming anyone. Not charging an agent. Just trying to get away. That’s when the agents step in front of the car with guns drawn. The driver tries to turn and drive off, and this is when you can see at least one agent open fire. At no point does the driver attempt to strike an ICE agent. At no point is there any credible threat of him “trying to run an officer over.” The agents are not running away, not avoiding the car, not afraid for their lives… they’re standing in front of the car and firing into it. This directly contradicts DHS’s claim that “as officers approached the car, the wanted gang member weaponized his vehicle in an attempt to run an officer over” and that they fired only because they were in danger. And this is tragically familiar. This isn’t a split‑second judgment call or a disagreement over technique… This is a pattern: ICE agents opening fire on a person trying to flee. And every time footage comes out, the DHS narrative unravels. Every. Single. Time. Remember that next time someone tells you these shootings are “justified,” or that these agencies are being transparent. The video doesn’t lie… but they sure do.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was just caught on video violently shoving a TEENAGER to the ground, in a Chicago suburb. But it gets worse… In Joliet, IL, ICE agents jumped out of their cars, racially profiled a man, began handcuffing him, and forced him into an unmarked vehicle that had its license plate covered. And they did all of this before even confirming who he was. As U.S. citizens began recording the incident, ICE agents started forcing them farther back, even though they were not interfering with the arrest. One of the agents looked at a teenager, who was just standing there and filming, and said, “Step back a little bit.” The teenager wasn’t interfering. In fact, a woman was standing even closer. And then, without warning, the ICE agent violently shoved the teenager to the ground. Moments later, another ICE agent pulled out a taser and threatened the legal observers, despite them remaining away from the vehicle, and not interfering. And after all of that, about 20 minutes later… ICE released the man they had kidnapped because they realized he was not undocumented. Think about how insane that is… A man was detained, handcuffed, and taken away before ICE even confirmed they had the right person. That’s exactly why the Fourth Amendment exists… to protect people from unreasonable seizures by the government. And then there is the issue of an ICE agent shoving a teenager to the ground… Using significant physical force against someone, especially a teenager, who is not posing an immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… is excessive force. Federal agents do not get a free pass to assault teenagers because they are standing nearby. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement in public, and government officials cannot use intimidation, or force, to silence people who are lawfully documenting their actions. This wasn’t just about one man being kidnapped…. It was about everyone standing there. A teenager was thrown to the ground. Legal observers were threatened. U.S. citizens exercising their constitutional rights were intimidated. And an innocent man lost 20 minutes of his freedom because ICE believes they are allowed to kidnap anyone they want. So, why are these ICE agents not being held accountable?

🚨BREAKING: Body cam footage has been released… and it proves that Border Patrol and DHS lied about the shooting of Marimar Martinez in Chicago. In the video, you can hear an agent say: “Okay, time to get aggressive… because they are trying to box us in.” Then: “We are going to make contact, we are boxed in.” But, the footage shows something VERY different. The driver turns HIS wheel to the left and hits Martinez’s car. Not the other way around. An agent then says, “Okay, we are fine. That fucking little bitch.” That language… the dehumanizing, violent mindset towards women… is the exact same pattern we’re seeing play out across the country with ICE/Border Patrol shootings. Then you hear “We’ve been struck”… even though the body cam footage clearly shows Martinez’s car was never pinning them or blocking their movement, and they hit her. But, the agents got out and opened fire anyway. Five shots fired at a woman who was trying to leave, and was nowhere near the agents. DHS later accused Martinez of having a gun… even though they never saw the gun, and never announced it in the moment… and ignored the fact that she had a license to possess a firearm. This is the same pattern that ICE/Border Patrol have shown in Minneapolis… where agents shot and killed ICU nurse Alex Pretti. Pretti was legally licensed to carry a firearm… and the only weapon he was seen with before agents tackled him was his phone. Agents disarmed him, pinned him to the ground, and then shot him multiple times… including after he was already motionless. And the rhetoric surrounding these shootings reveals how dehumanization leads to murder. ICE agents called Renee Good a “fucking bitch”, and Marimar Martinez a “little bitch”, as they opened fire at them. All while DHS immediately labels U.S. citizens “domestic terrorists”… before any investigation, before evidence was reviewed, and despite video evidence contradicting those claims. They lie first, then try to justify later. They dehumanize women, then shoot them. They frame U.S. citizens as threats, then refuse transparency. And after all of that, agents are not being charged for it, or even removed from their duties. Which is dangerous. Because power without accountability becomes violence without consequence. We have men with badges using intimidation and aggression, dehumanizing people… especially women… and opening fire for no legitimate reason. We have federal agents killing U.S. citizens, and the administration protects them instead of investigating the shootings. And this isn’t one isolated incident. This is a nationwide pattern of abuse, and cover-ups, that puts everyone at risk. If we don’t demand accountability immediately, this won’t be the last time an agent says a slur, fires their weapon, and kills someone who posed no threat. We can’t let that happen. We have to expose the lies, demand transparency, and insist these agents face real consequences… or else this violence becomes the new normal.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents illegally rammed a U.S. citizen’s car, dragged him out, hospitalized him, and then handcuffed him to a hospital bed with no charges… AGAIN. This is the same man they targeted back in October, when I shared a video showed ICE ramming his car, and the lying about a crash they caused. Now they’re doing it again… In the video, ICE agents, in unmarked vehicles, blocked his car and rammed it while he was trying to leave… They used their vehicle as a weapon to force stop a U.S. citizen, AGAIN. They smashed his window, dragged him out, and threw him to the ground, even though he wasn’t resisting. But it gets worse… They then took him to the hospital, and kept him handcuffed to a bed, while masked “federal contractors” stood guard with no identification, no charges, and no explanation. His lawyers tried to reach him and were physically shoved and denied access. Detaining someone without charges, denying access to an attorney, using force without justification, and operating without identification, are violations of basic constitutional rights. And the hospital went along with it… Allowing unknown men to keep someone restrained without verifying who they were, or why he was being held. And if this sounds familiar, it should. The first time this happened, in October, ICE tried to claim he caused the crash, and video proved they were lying. Now, they’re escalating against the same target, and still no accountability. He’s a U.S. citizen. They rammed his car, detained him without cause, blocked his lawyers, held him in a hospital like a prisoner… and then released him with no charges, because there were none. That’s the system they’re building… one where the law doesn’t matter, your rights don’t matter, and they can injure you, detain you, and walk away like nothing happened.

🚨ICE agents illegally threatened to tase a PASSENGER for refusing to exit a vehicle… after lying about having a warrant for him, in Lennox, California. In the video, the agents repeatedly insisted they had a warrant for the passenger, demanded he get out of the car, and threatened to tase him if he didn’t comply. But, when the passenger continued to ask to see the warrant, the agents suddenly asked for his ID. After running his identification, they decided to change the story… Agents then started asking the driver for their ID, despite admitting they did not know who they were dealing with. When questioned, one agent first claimed they had a warrant for the passenger, then admitted they were “writing it right now,” before finally acknowledging, “I thought it was you.” So, to break this all down… ICE agents threatened to tase someone over a warrant they didn’t have, for a person they hadn’t even identified. The Fourth Amendment exists for a reason. Government agents do not get to detain whoever they want, threaten force, demand identification from everyone present, and just figure out who they are dealing with later. Because that’s illegal. If ICE had a valid warrant, they should have been able to identify the subject of that warrant before threatening someone with a taser. And if they didn’t know who they were talking to… then what exactly was the legal basis for the detention, the threats, and the demands for identification? This is why people are outraged. And every time this behavior is excused, it sends the message that ICE agents can ignore constitutional rights, threaten innocent people, and walk away like nothing happened.

🚨ICE agents aren’t the only ones illegally storming homes, detaining people, and operating without proper warrants… the Memphis SAFE Task Force is doing the same. And it’s no surprise, because this is exactly what “justice” looks like under Donald Trump’s administration. A man in Memphis says task force agents held him at gunpoint, then searched his home using a warrant that wasn’t even for him. That is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment. This task force brings together federal agencies like ICE and the U.S. Marshals Service… the same agencies already being exposed for detaining people without proper warrants and grabbing the wrong individuals. This administration told you this was about “violent criminals”… but now, people who aren’t even on warrants are having guns pointed at them inside their own homes. If they can enter a home without a warrant, detain someone who isn’t even the target, and ignore the Constitution entirely… then even U.S. citizens are no longer safe. This is the same pattern we’re watching with ICE… they say they’re targeting the “worst of the worst”… then expand it to everyone else. They say they follow the law… then break it when it’s inconvenient. They say it’s about safety… but violate your rights. This didn’t happen by accident… this is what happens when you flood cities with federal agents, demand high arrest numbers, and strip away accountability.

🚨BREAKING: A new video shows DHS lied, again, about an ICE shooting. Yesterday, ICE reportedly told police that a man “weaponized” his vehicle by “ramming” into an ICE sedan, forcing an agent to fire his gun during an operation in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Except… that’s not what the video shows. In the video, an ICE agent rushes the driver’s window with his gun drawn. The agent recklessly waves his gun around, and appears to order the driver to roll down the window. That’s an extreme use of force from the very beginning. Another agent approaches the car, and moments later, they violently smash the driver’s window. And notice how the driver doesn’t try to flee until ICE violently escalates everything. He drives around the ICE vehicle, makes it into the street… not hitting a single ICE agent, or vehicle. Then, AFTER the car is already past every agent, and driving away, an ICE agent opens fire. The law is pretty clear… officers may only use deadly force, against a fleeing person, if they have probable cause to believe that person poses an immediate threat of death, or serious physical injury to the officer, or others. So, where was the immediate threat? The car had already passed the agents… and was driving AWAY. ICE also claimed Lara-Hernandez had a criminal history of assault, and that this was a targeted enforcement operation. Yet, publicly available court records reportedly do not show any active warrants. Federal agents don’t get to point guns at people without legal justification. They don’t get to fire at a vehicle after the immediate threat has passed. And they don’t get to lie to police about what happened. So, when are we going to start holding these agents accountable?

🚨DHS lied again about a Border Patrol shooting in San Bernardino. U.S. citizens were illegally stopped, their windows smashed, and then shot at fourteen times while trying to DRIVE AWAY… with a TEENAGER inside the car. After the shooting, DHS tried to flip the story and charged the driver, Francisco Longoria, with assault on a federal officer. That charge collapses immediately on video. There were no agents and no vehicles in front of the car. No one was being threatened. No officer was in danger. On August 16, Border Patrol agents unlawfully detained a U.S. citizen traveling with his teenage son and his daughter’s boyfriend. Agents demanded identification without legal cause. When the family did not comply, agents smashed the vehicle’s windows… an unlawful escalation and destruction of property. Francisco drove away in fear. As the car was fleeing, agents opened fire 14 times. DHS later claimed the shooting was “self-defense,” saying the driver “forced a CBP officer to discharge his firearm.” That is a lie. The videos clearly show no imminent threat, no officer in the vehicle’s path, and no legal justification for deadly force. Fleeing is not a capital offense. Law enforcement is not allowed to shoot people for driving away. The charges against Francisco were eventually dropped. But, the agents who illegally detained U.S. citizens, smashed their windows, and fired 14 rounds at a car carrying a teenager? They faced no consequences. So, the question isn’t whether DHS lied… The question is: how many citizens have to be shot at before federal agents are held accountable for violating the Constitution?
