In the video, an unmarked ICE vehicle is stopped in the middle of the road… no vehicles are in front of it, and nothing is preventing them from driving forward. Instead of continuing to drive down the road, the ICE agent is blocking a pickup truck from turning, while pointing a gun, out their window, directly at the driver of that truck. The truck backs up, but the agent still keeps the firearm pointed at the driver. Only AFTER people begin honking their horns does the agent lower their weapon, and drive away. The law states that pointing a firearm at someone is considered a serious threat of deadly force. It is only justified when an officer has an objectively reasonable belief that they are facing an immediate threat of death, or serious bodily harm. It is not legally allowed to be used to control traffic, and it is not legally allowed to be used as intimidation. And that’s exactly why this video should be alarming to you. The agent is not boxed in… nothing is preventing them from driving down the street. Meanwhile, the agent is the one preventing the truck from continuing its turn. And they are doing so while pointing a gun at the driver. So, the question becomes… What immediate threat justified the ICE agent to stop their car, and point a firearm at a U.S. citizen? Because we are seeing a growing pattern, of publicly documented incidents, where ICE agents point firearms at legal observers, journalists, and bystanders during enforcement encounters… when they are not facing an immediate threat of death. That is not how public safety works. Pointing a firearm at someone is one of the most serious things an officer can do, because it instantly escalates an encounter into a potential deadly force situation. And that is exactly why the law is supposed to restrict it. Every unnecessary drawn gun increases the risk of a wrong judgment, and a fatal mistake. And when there is no accountability, for when that line gets crossed, drawing a gun because the normal for every situation. And when it becomes normal, more people’s lives are put in danger.

This guy is a “God’s” Christian American. ✝️🇺🇸 A person was just shot and killed by ICE agents. At this point, I don’t know whether the shooting itself was legally justified or not. Some reports say the person tried to run over an ICE agent. If that’s true, then the use of deadly force may have been justified in that moment. But that’s not even my point. My point is that ICE’s aggressive enforcement tactics are creating more and more confrontations like this. The more often heavily armed agents confront people in chaotic situations, the greater the risk that someone, whether an officer or a civilian ends up dead. What I genuinely don’t understand is how someone can look at a human being’s death and say this is “God’s work.” Whatever your politics are, I don’t remember Jesus teaching people to kill and then celebrate death.

A man is standing there, doing nothing but existing in public space. He glances back, and an agent uses both hands to shove him off the sidewalk toward the street, then casually walks away. Moments later, another person is standing on the same sidewalk. An agent pushes them into the street, directly in front of a car, and continues across the crosswalk as if nothing happened. Let’s be clear about what this is. This is assault. This is use of force without legal justification. This is reckless endangerment, pushing people into traffic. This is deprivation of civil rights under color of law. This is law enforcement interfering with lawful use of public space without cause, orders, or any articulated threat. These are members of the community, on their own sidewalks, not blocking anyone, not threatening anyone, not committing a crime. ICE agents do not have the authority to clear sidewalks by force, and they absolutely do not have the authority to put civilians in danger because they feel entitled to the space. If any ordinary person shoved strangers into traffic, they’d be arrested on the spot. When federal agents do it, we’re told to look away. So ask yourself this: If armed federal agents can assault U.S. citizens for standing on a sidewalk, what exactly is left of the rule of law?

In the video, ICE agents appear to be running alongside the vehicle, pulling on the doors as the driver tries to leave. The person is not “weaponizing” their vehicle, or trying to run agents over. They appear to be trying to drive away from masked, armed men attempting to force their way into the car. This is exactly what we’ve seen in video after video across the country… ICE agents surrounding vehicles, pulling people over before identifying them, trying to force their way inside, and demanding proof of citizenship. Which is a violation of the Fourth Amendment. The Constitution exists to prevent exactly this kind of government intrusion. And when the government lets agents ignore those limits without accountability, they’re not just violating people’s rights… they’re creating the exact conditions that turn routine encounters into deadly ones. Lorenzo Salgado Araujo (a Mexican illegal alien), was pulled over in my hometown of Houston this morning and immediately refused police commands. Short explanation for the 70 IQs: Stand your ground laws do not authorize deadly force. The response must still be reasonable and proportionate to an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury. A shove is not deadly force. A knife to the heart is. The jury delivered a verdict in roughly 3 hours because any person capable of basic reasoning (not a retard) could see this was escalation, not self-defense. His “community” is now spinning fantasies and rewriting facts because they simply refuse to accept that he must be held accountable for what he did. Fortunately, despite its many flaws, this country still requires accountability. We are not a barbaric society of savages. Not yet.

They provoked ICE, but seemed to wanted to drive away … anyway. So, radical liberals met an ICE agent who has no temper after he was dragged by an illegal the last time. -> The question is not if she hit him, or how much. That was always visible. The question is, was he in danger when he fired? And he fired after jumping out of the way.

The video shows a man filming ICE agents surrounding and questioning a young man, which is happening directly in front of his home. While the man stands on his lawn, recording, an ICE agent walks onto the man’s property, points his finger at him, and orders him to move back 25 feet. The homeowner backs up and shouts: “This is MY PROPERTY!” And yet, the agent continues threatening him with arrest. For what exactly? Standing on his own lawn, while filming government agents operate in front of his driveway? Since when do Americans need permission from the federal government to stand in their own yard? The First Amendment protects the public’s right to observe and document government activity. Property rights don’t disappear because federal agents show up in your neighborhood. Then, the ICE agent deliberately walks across the street, approaches the woman, raises his pepper spray canister just inches from her face, and sprays her directly in the eyes. People standing around her are seen running away to avoid getting sprayed, too Only AFTER spraying her do you hear the agent say, “Back up.” And then they turn around, like they didn’t just assault U.S. citizens with a chemical weapon, and walk away. This should piss off every American. The First Amendment protects your right to record law enforcement in public. Pepper spraying someone for peacefully recording… is retaliation. 🚨(Minneapolis) A Border Patrol agent was caught on camera illegally assaulting U.S. citizens in a public park. In the video, you can see the agent walking down the sidewalk towards a smoke canister. He kicks it not once, but TWICE, directly towards the feet of people trying to get away. And then, he casually turns around and walks away. He was in no danger. The people were not blocking any agents. They weren’t even near the street. And he purposely walked out of his way, towards the people who were walking AWAY from him, to kick a chemical weapon at them. This isn’t just reckless… it’s illegal. Under federal and state law, intentionally using a chemical irritant to harm or intimidate civilians is assault. Beyond assault, this is reckless endangerment and excessive use of force, which violates both constitutional protections and civil statutes. AND he did this in a park, right next to a playground. ICE and Border Patrol agents ARE the criminals and terrorists.

Remember when that Border Patrol agent pulled a gun on unarmed civilians… twice… in Evanston, IL, just outside Chicago? Well, now we have the footage… and we finally know what “provoked” him. You can clearly hear a woman say, “She is a citizen of the United States!” Another agent warns him that people are filming behind him. The agent turns, looks directly at the camera, and says, “Get back or I’ll shoot you.” The man filming, in shock, replies, “You’re going to what?!” And that’s when the agent actually pulls out his gun and points it straight at an unarmed man who’s just holding a phone. All because they were… filming. So, when Border Patrol claims this was “by the book,” just remember: their book apparently says you can point a gun at an unarmed citizen for daring to exercise their first amendment right to film you.

Wilber Rafael Garces Perez evaded an ICE agent on a long, high-speed pursuit, forced the agent to pin his vehicle to get him to stop, and then continued to drive off before being shot. His lawyer claims he was in the country legally and had a work permit. A work permit is an Employment Authorization Document. USCIS policy is clear that approving Form I-765 does not grant an alien immigration status. It only authorizes work. ICE says he had a final order of removal. Given that Garces Perez fled and was willing to go to great lengths to avoid being detained from a vehicle he obviously knew was ICE, he most assuredly was in the country illegally. More information confirming this will be released shortly. I’m sure of it. When it is proven he was in the country illegally, DoorDash should be charged for hiring illegal aliens. This isn't the first time.

Witnesses say they followed a man who ran inside a house, and instead of stopping there… they forced their way in. They reportedly broke in the door, without showing a warrant, had no clear legal justification to enter the home, and they still couldn’t detain the person. And once again, this is a blatant constitutional violation. The Fourth Amendment is not complicated… The home is supposed to be the most protected space in the country. Warrantless entry is supposed to be the exception, not something that happens because someone ran inside. “Chasing someone” does not automatically erase constitutional limits. And then, local police show up… say they didn’t know about a warrant, and were seen shaking hands with the federal agents afterward. That just shows you how normal this is becoming… ICE agents just violated the Constitution… broke into a home... And instead of anyone being held accountable, and facing consequences you or I would absolutely face for something like that… police show up and shake their hands.
