Once one of them starts to puke it will cause a chain reaction. I would think after all these years, they would have a way to get everyone down as a safety protocol.

This is a government-mandated decision that EL AL is required to follow. What this means for you: roughly half of passengers currently booked on upcoming U.S. flights will be receiving cancellation notifications. If your flight is canceled, you are entitled to a full refund or a voucher - please visit for details and next steps. We are also pausing the assignment of additional passengers to U.S.-bound flights at this time.
