According to Iranian sources, the drone had been operating from Al Dhafra Air Base in the UAE and was providing ISR and targeting support for U.S. naval operations in the region. The footage appears to show the drone being successfully intercepted and destroyed over or near Qeshm Island. Problems :- ~ Defense deals are weaponised politically by opposition. ~ Sabotage/propaganda angle by local communist union working in DPSU’s . Suggestions :- ~ Use scale (Military +Domestic) of demand as a negotiating weapon. ~ Scale up production at war scale with private sector involvement. Monopoly is biggest hurdle. ~ Assured order, bank funds R&D . ~ Use civil aviation to build supply chain/global MRO hub.
