Very disappointing… 🚨 Dr. Robert Malone Reveals RFK Jr.-Appointed a Mole, a Saboteur who Undermined the CDC's entire ACIP Overhaul In his recent interview on The HighWire, Dr. Robert Malone detailed internal sabotage at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and CDC as a key factor in his full resignation from the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). He stated that HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had personally appointed someone to be operationally responsible for ACIP and several other aspects within the CDC. Malone described this individual as appearing to have been a mole, noting that the word saboteur was used and that it is now clear from this person's actions that they have caused a lot of damage. In January, ACIP announced they were reducing the number of injections on the childhood vaccine schedule. People were celebrating. And then a federal judge named Brian Murphy stepped in and said no. He cancelled the recommendations, disbanded the advisory panel, and said the people on it weren't qualified. The case was brought by the American Academy of Pediatrics, an organization that takes funding from pharma. So what we're really watching is a pharma-funded trade group asking a federal court to restore a pharma-friendly committee, and a judge who obliged them. Start with standing. For a case to even be in a courtroom, the party bringing it has to demonstrate injury. The American Academy of Pediatrics is a trade group. It doesn't vaccinate children. It doesn't bear any personal injury if the schedule changes. So why aren't the children they claim to be protecting the plaintiffs? I don't know how this case survives on that question alone, certainly not if it reaches the Supreme Court. Then there's the ACIP argument itself. The judge ruled that Kennedy didn't have the authority to change the schedule without an ACIP vote. But ACIP votes are recommendations. The CDC is not bound by them. It can override them completely. So the judge is saying Bobby needed to go through a process that the agency he oversees doesn't actually have to follow. Think about that for a second. And then the judge disbanded ACIP for being unbalanced. The irony is almost too much. ACIP has never been balanced. It has had conflicts of interest running through it for decades, documented by multiple investigations, with members voting on vaccines they had a direct financial stake in. The most cited example is Paul Offit, who voted to add rotavirus vaccines to the childhood schedule while he was actively developing his own rotavirus vaccine. He went on to make tens of millions of dollars from it. So when this judge says ACIP needs to be more balanced, what he means, functionally, is it needs more people like that. Dr Mark Trozzi MD

My personal reflections on the COVID part of last ACIP meeting: The ACIP voted recommendations for the COVID vaccines capture the principles of personalized, modern, and ethical medicine, that is based on nuanced individual risk-benefit assessment. It is evident that most of the public and vast majority of healthcare workers (90%) do not buy into the narrative of 'safe and effective' COVID vaccines that should be taken by everyone each year! They showed it by their actions, not following the CDC past recommendations! The discussions during the ACIP meetings were robust, comprehensive, and rigorous. It was the first time ACIP has discussed critical risks and uncertainties like immune response to repeated boosting, bio-distribution, pharmacokinetics, and potential impurities, as well as the lack of reliable data to assess the benefits of repeated boosting. Most importantly, this was the first time vaccine injuries and vaccine injured were acknowledged as a problem that must be addressed! The ACIP members heard from some of the COVID Immunization workgroup members, who are top notch scholars in their respective areas. It was also the first time, where ACIP had meaningful scientific debates including hearing from the minority opinion in the workgroup. This is how science is supposed to work, and how trust is built.
