NEW: “Chud the Builder” bond revoked after new details surface in Clarksville courthouse shooting Dalton Eatherly had his bond revoked in his Nashville cases during a June 17 hearing after prosecutors presented new surveillance footage from the Clarksville courthouse shooting. An investigator testified that shots were fired before Eatherly and Joshua Fox hit the ground, with a shell casing ejecting and a ricochet striking a concrete planter. FREE CHUD ChudTheBuilder Dalton Eatherly This is the full initial hearing where General sessions judge H. Reid Poland III issued a $1.25M bond on May 15th following the self defense shooting outside the Clarksville courthouse 2 days prior. Does this look like an “honorable public servant” to you? How about a monitor lizard with that gullet? How about a tiny hat evangelical tyrant with pockets greased with lard? “If you interrupt this hearing you’ll be charged with contempt and thrown in jail for 10 days” and how about that psychotic power tripping smile after he said that?… Judge Reid keeps repeating Dalton is out on “multiple bonds for multiple cases” when his only other charge is a misdemeanor in Davidson county for not paying a $400 bill after restaurant staff kicked him out of the establishment after receiving phone calls from swatters. He also mentions this as a case of criminal homicide and not self defense from Joshua fox chasing Dalton across the street to continue assaulting him after he had walked away to deescalate. From an unbiased point of view, there were 7 spent casings recovered from the scene (even though only 2 hit Joshua once in the shoulder and one in the gut) hence the charge for reckless endangerment, one probably would have done enough to stop Joshua fox but then again there has been no news on if Joshua was armed or not or claims that Dalton saw or thought he saw a firearm which in that case, like anybody, you would want to make sure someone was fully incapacitated. Today on may 21st during the hearing it has come to light that daltons truck and home were searched (unclear if a warrant was issued by a judge) in where his firearms and electronic devices were confiscated as evidence without any probable cause for search and seizure. In this search what stood out was an airline ticket to Istanbul turkey set for tomorrow may 22nd which I believe is a plant to sow dissent among his supporters but they have also placed a gag order on him so if he gets out he still cannot say “I didn’t buy a ticket to turkey this is a set up” because they will just throw him back in jail in violation of his gag order, not to mention he’s already been debanked but they are preventing him from bond as his phone is confiscated for evidence which prevents him from accessing funds from his GiveSendGo account. So what do you think? Is this judge protecting the public by giving Dalton a 1.25M bond, issuing warrantless search and seizures and gag orders while giving a black man with premeditated intent to kill in a seperate case only a 250k bond or is this judge trying to (or told to) make an example of Dalton for exercising his first amendment and putting his entire life on trial? My sentiments remain the same. BREAKING: Harrison Floyd who is the last co-defendant in Trump’s election interference case in Georgia remains in custody. He was just denied bond Judge Emily Richardson in the Georgia courts. Floyd will remain behind bars. A lot of conservatives are questioning why all of the other defendants have been let out on bond, while Floyd, a black man, has not been. The ruling by the judge was that Floyd was a flight risk and there was also the risk that he may commit further crimes if he was released. However, Judge Richardson is not the judge who has been assigned the case. Judge Scott McAfee is the assigned judge, so it is still very possible he will be allowed out on bond when the official judge in the case can make a decision. It’s also worth noting that Richardson did not have an attorney with him to argue for bond. He elected to do so without hiring a lawyer. What are your thoughts? Will Floyd ultimately get bond? Should he?

What people fail to realize is that in the only video we have available of the shooting incident between Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder and Joshua Fox, you can clearly see that three law enforcement officers were in the immediate vicinity of the fight. They had responded in mere seconds. That’s a minimum of three sets of eyes on the shooting, which is still unclear from this video when it actually occurred. Regardless, you have three LEOs and surveillance video taken into account before issuing a warrant for Dalton’s arrest. If I’m a betting man, I would put money on all of the eye witness testimony was considered and surveillance video was reviewed meticulously before placing blame. Furthermore, the bail was set so high because Dalton shot into buildings around the area where people were walking around at. Add that to the multiple other open bonds he currently had and the amount of felonies he’s being charged with and that’s how it’s set that high. But the Bond hearing in 5 days will determine the final bond amount or if he’s even granted one.

Just a reminder to all the Dalton Eatherly aka Chud the Builder fans out there: if he is out on bond, then he’s under strict rules per the judge that if he is caught breaking, his bond would be revoked: - He has to wear a GPS monitor - Is required to be back home in his residence by 9:00pm - 5:00am - Must relinquish all weapons/firearms and cannot carry one - He will be under a gag order with no interviews or social media activity about the incident. - Dalton’s passport application process would be stopped, and rescinded if it has been issued

I tried to tell Dalton aka ChudtheBuilder and I tried to warn everyone. I call him out for exactly what he does that led to him shooting a man today in our interaction last week. Baiting people into reactions while he’s carrying a gun. You can see me actually looking down a few times at the imprint of the gun to ensure he never reaches for it. This was never about freedom of speech. You can’t play victim when you go after people with hateful, racist rhetoric and then threaten to mace or shoot people. The sad part about this is I spoke with a lieutenant with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office this morning as he called me back. I asked about his arrest in Nashville violating the terms of his bond agreement for his current court case in Clarksville/Mont. county. He said they don’t issue the warrants. I then explain that he does these things while being armed and the lieutenant kind of shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal and that Dalton was a frequent through their department. That conversation ended with me thinking “they don’t understand the liability and danger this guy is to the public”. A few hours later, after I made this post ( warning Dalton about the consequences of his actions, he ends up shooting someone. I tried. This is the EXACT thing I was trying to avoid and why I made so many calls around Montgomery County and Nashville/Davidson County this past weekend.

In 2009 A couple in Florida had paid cash in full on a foreclosed home in Naples. The bank makes an error and tries to foreclose on them thinking it was the previous owner. They hired a lawyer and had the foreclosure dismissed in two months. The bank was ordered to pay the Legal fees the couple had incurred. After months of not hearing back from the bank, they took further court action and was granted a writ of execution. They showed up to a branch of BOA with a moving truck, and sheriff’s deputies as they were allowed to start loading up the BANK’s assets. The manager wasn’t happy about this and finally wrote them a check for the money that they were owed. Score one for the little guy !!!

I HAVE GOOD NEWS FOR ONCE!!! Even though a woke judge in Charlotte NC DROPPED THE BOND of an known Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang member ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT FROM VENEZUELA from: $1,000,000 -> $25,000... and he even posted bond!!! ...ICE CAME AND GOT HIM!!!!!! He will NOT walk free!!! Luis was charged after he fired a gun, his pregnant wife wrestled it away from him, but sadly in the process the gun fired and the bullet struck her stomach and k*lled her 7 month old baby. He was put in jail, initially given a $1m bond which was dropped to $25k. He posted bond, BUT because ICE put a detainer on him, the jail COULD NOT legally release him for 48 hours. 48 hours later, ICE showed up at the jail and got him! It is INSANE that Charlotte NC was about to let an honest-to-God known Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang member WALK OUT OF PRISON. THANK GOD FOR ICE!!!!

In the video below, two men are arguing in a road rage altercation. Eventually, the man in the yellow pushes a woman in the face and then tried to strike the man in the grey shirt in the face. He then retreats to his vehicle to grab his weapon. The man in the grey shirt approaches him and swings at him as the man in the yellow grabs for a gun. Then a struggle occurs where the man in the grey tries and eventually disarms the man in the yellow, where at some point shots were fired. The man in the yellow was arrested and charged and the man in the grey wasn’t. Now, how is this similar to ChudtheBuilder’s scenario? It’s been reported by multiple sources that saw the video played in the courtroom that Dalton approached Fox, a verbal altercation occurred, Dalton walked away while still turned around saying something towards Fox (per the DA). Fox approached, waving him to walk away. Dalton got into a bladed stance, facing Fox. While grabbing for his gun in his jacket pocket, Fox punched Dalton and a struggle ensues, where Fox is shot multiple times but still subdues Dalton. In both situations, both Fox and the man in the grey were faced with a man trying to pull a firearm on them with the intent to shoot them after a verbal altercation. Like the man in the video below, it is very reasonable that Fox also hit Dalton and tried to disarm him to save his own life, hence why Dalton was charged and Fox wasn’t. This is a precedent that I feel is evidence that Dalton will be found guilty if it goes to trial. His intent was there, especially given previous social media posts, and initially confronted Fox. When both men were facing each other, Dalton tried to draw his weapon first before a physical altercation, which means he was not faced by an imminent threat to his life, especially considering Fox was unarmed. In both situations, both Fox and the man in the grey were faced with a man trying to pull a firearm on them with the intent to shoot them after a verbal altercation. Like the man in the video below, it is very reasonable that Fox also hit Dalton and tried to disarm him to save his own life, hence why Dalton was charged and Fox wasn’t. This is a precedent that I feel is evidence that Dalton will be found guilty if it goes to trial. His intent was there, especially given previous social media posts, and initially confronted Fox. When both men were facing each other, Dalton tried to draw his weapon first before a physical altercation, which means he was not faced by an imminent threat to his life, especially considering Fox was unarmed. This family booked a child’s birthday party at this water park for 200 people. Then they advertised it on social media and was selling tickets to their event at this park. The park caught wind of what they were doing and cancelled their event due to over 500 people showing up for an event booked only for 250 people. Was this fair or was it another motive involved? I can’t blame them especially if they aren’t equipped to handle that many people. In college we used to always go to this bar after class late at night around 10pm. That night a friend’s band was supposed to be playing there and we helped sell tickets for the event. There ended up being a misunderstanding, the bar said there was a max occupancy of 200 people, so the band assumed they could have sold 200 tickets. We sold all of the tickets, when we got there over 40 people were already there as part of the normal crowd. So it all 200 people show up that bought tickets there would be an issue as it would exceed occupancy. The bar owner was getting antsy because he didn’t want any issues if he exceeded occupancy and was in the verge of canceling the show. The band and the owner engaged in a heated argument and the band said the way he said it, he was implying it could be 200 people and that he should only have let people in that had tickets considering it was an event. The owner argued back saying and he quoted himself that the max occupancy was 200 and that he never gave the band a number for how many tickets that could have been sold. I think they could have both handled the details much better and they were both in the wrong. The show ended up getting canceled because of how many people was continuing to show up due to his cheap drink specials he always has that night.

On Fox News just now, they are talking about how Donald Trump is selling Bibles for $60 while Joe Biden is bringing in $25 million from an event in New York City with Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. The money certainly seems to be behind Joe Biden, while Donald Trump faces the brunt of his legal problems over the course of the next several months. How will this impact the election in November? If I was Trump I would hope that my trials end before the election, and I am exonerated. If he truly believed that he was not guilty this is what he would’ve pushing for. It would be a huge boost to his campaign as well as fundraising. Instead, he’s trying to delay trials and I think that will backfire.
