ICE agents shot a Presbyterian minister in the head with a pepper ball while he was standing with protesters in front of the ICE detention center in Illinois last month. Pastor David Black said he was offering an altar call and invited them to receive salvation when he was struck by the pepper ball. Black said he could hear the ICE agents, who were standing on the roof, laughing after he was struck.

UPDATE: Portland Trantifa member Julie Winters, 47, born Christopher Hudson, has pleaded GUILTY to a knife attack on federal police officers outside the ICE facility in June. Winters was originally charged with attempted assault on an officer and intimidation of a federal officer with a dangerous weapon. He pleaded down to felony intimidation of a federal officer and resisting arrest. Winters will be sentenced in December before a U.S. District Court Judge.

This officer was thinking with the wrong head. This SDPD officer arrested a woman outside of a 7-11 on an outstanding warrant for her arrest. On his drive to the station as he was transporting her, the two of them were flirting with each other. Inevitably the officer pulled off the road and climbed in the backseat with this woman to mess around. He messed up because he locked himself in the back with the woman and another officer had to come get him out. He re-enacts how he claims he got locked in the car with her at the end. Needless to say he is no longer with the department.

The agent is injured, but it could have been much worse. Far left media and influencers are attempting to spin it by claiming that agents were "violently arresting" the delivery driver, when it is completely clear he was resisting arrest and pushed back to make the agent fall on cement. "On July 7, 2026, at approximately 6:50 AM CT, ICE law enforcement attempted to conduct a vehicle stop as part of a targeted enforcement operation to arrest an illegal alien. The driver of the vehicle, Lorenzo Salgado Araujo—an illegal alien from Mexico—attempted to evade arrest. From information we are receiving, he rammed an ICE law enforcement vehicle, refused to follow multiple verbal commands, and weaponized his vehicle in an attempt to run over an ICE law enforcement officer resulting in our officer firing his weapon in self-defense. The driver was struck, and emergency services were immediately contacted. The driver was transported to the hospital where he passed away from his injuries. DHS-OIG is leading an investigation into the agent-involved shooting. FBI Houston is leading an investigation into the potential assault on a federal law enforcement officer. This is a developing situation, and we will update the public when more information is available."
