🚨BREAKING: ICE agents in Thermal, California literally admitted, ON CAMERA, that they stopped a man on his way to work because they saw him leaving a mobile home park. Not because he committed a crime, or they had a warrant. Not because they had evidence he was undocumented. Because... he came from a mobile home park. The Constitution requires police and federal agents to actually have reasonable suspicion before detaining someone. You do not get to stop people because they live in a poorer neighborhood. You do not get to treat an entire community as inherently suspicious. And if the ONLY reason for the stop was “he came from a mobile home park,” that starts looking a whole lot like profiling based on class, ethnicity, or assumptions about immigration status… which is exactly why constitutional protections exist in the first place. The man was a LEGAL permanent resident and was released once they verified it. Which means this man was detained, questioned, and interrupted on his way to work because ICE agents decided where he lived was suspicious enough. That is not how constitutional rights work in America. The Fourth Amendment does not disappear because federal agents “have a feeling.”show more

Because apparently exercising your constitutional rights is now being treated like obstruction. The manager reportedly told them they could not just storm through the kitchen without judicial authorization. A kitchen, in a restaurant, is not a public space. But it gets worse… In Joliet, IL, ICE agents jumped out of their cars, racially profiled a man, began handcuffing him, and forced him into an unmarked vehicle that had its license plate covered. And they did all of this before even confirming who he was. As U.S. citizens began recording the incident, ICE agents started forcing them farther back, even though they were not interfering with the arrest. One of the agents looked at a teenager, who was just standing there and filming, and said, “Step back a little bit.” The teenager wasn’t interfering. In fact, a woman was standing even closer. And then, without warning, the ICE agent violently shoved the teenager to the ground. Moments later, another ICE agent pulled out a taser and threatened the legal observers, despite them remaining away from the vehicle, and not interfering. And after all of that, about 20 minutes later… ICE released the man they had kidnapped because they realized he was not undocumented. Think about how insane that is… A man was detained, handcuffed, and taken away before ICE even confirmed they had the right person. No weapon, no crime, no arrest — just a Black man walking home from a workout suddenly facing what he called ‘the assassin’ on him in broad daylight. This is not reasonable suspicion, it is a constitutional violation and a textbook case of racial profiling that has cost governments millions in settlements and verdicts. 🚨BREAKING: ICE agents in New York illegally surrounded two cars and demanded the people inside prove their citizenship. Community members showed up and immediately started asking the questions ICE never wants asked on camera: “Do you have a warrant?” The agents claimed they did. But when people asked to actually SEE the warrant… they refused. Because they didn’t have one. That’s the constitutional violation right there. In the United States, federal agents cannot legally detain people, block their vehicles in, and demand proof of citizenship without lawful justification. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. You don’t lose those rights because ICE decides to profile you. And unless agents have a judicial warrant signed by a judge, or actual legal probable cause tied to a crime, they cannot just trap people in their cars fishing for immigration status. ICE keeps counting on intimidation instead of law. They surround cars with multiple agents, act aggressive, throw around words like “warrant,” and hope people are too scared to question them. But the second community members demanded proof, the whole thing fell apart. Both cars were eventually released… because ICE never had the legal right to stop them in the first place. This is exactly why people recording matters. This is exactly why communities showing up matters. And this is exactly why constitutional rights matter… especially when federal agents are acting like they don’t apply to them anymore.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents illegally assaulted a 19-year-old U.S. citizen, and then kidnapped him, while admitting on camera they didn’t even know who he was, in Olathe, Kansas. In the video, an agent is sitting on the teenager’s back as his 14-year-old brother screams that he’s a U.S. citizen, in a Walmart parking lot. The agent responds: “Well, we’re going to find that out since whoever drives this [pointing to the truck] isn’t.” That sentence is the admission. Because it shows the only thing they knew, at that moment, was something about the registered owner of the truck… not the person they had pinned to the pavement. Vehicle registration tells you who owns a car. It does NOT tell you who is driving it. Before law enforcement can detain someone, they need individualized reasonable suspicion tied to that person. If they had not confirmed the driver matched the registered owner… If they had not observed a crime… If they had no warrant… Then pinning him down, handcuffing him, and loading him into a vehicle raises serious Fourth Amendment concerns. You don’t get to tackle someone first and figure out who they are later. You don’t get to use force based on “we’ll find out.” The issue isn’t just that he’s a U.S. citizen… The issue is whether agents had lawful, INDIVIDUALIZED suspicion to detain him before they used force. Because when law enforcement starts treating vehicle registration as automatic suspicion for whoever is behind the wheel… That’s collective punishment. And the Constitution does not allow that.
