🚨This is one of the most disturbing videos of ICE abuse I’ve seen. In Minnesota, ICE agents handcuffed a pregnant woman, forced her onto her stomach, and put their full body weight and knees on her, refusing to let her get up. In the video, you can hear the crowd screaming over and over that she is pregnant. They plead with the agents to stop. The woman is not resisting, not moving, not a threat. It doesn’t matter. The agents ignore them, continue pointing pepper spray at the crowd, and one agent even shoves a woman backward, assaulting her simply for speaking up. People keep begging them to let the pregnant woman off her stomach, to stop putting weight on her body. The agents refuse. The crowd grows louder and more desperate, because they are watching someone who could lose her pregnancy, right in front of them, at the hands of ICE agents. Only after the crowd begins throwing snowballs is the pregnant woman able to get off her stomach. And then it gets worse. The ICE agents begin pepper spraying the crowd. One agent drags the pregnant woman by the arm while she is still helpless and restrained. Pepper spray fills the air, hitting bystanders and the pregnant woman herself as she lies on the ground beneath them. This is not “law enforcement.” This is cruelty. This is reckless endangerment. This is state violence carried out in public, on camera, against a pregnant woman who posed no threat. If this is what they’re willing to do while being filmed, imagine what happens when no one is watching.

🚨ICE agents are now assaulting U.S. citizens for filming in a public parking lot, in Lawrence, Kansas. In the video, a woman is walking through a parking lot, well away from any arrest happening. An ICE vehicle pulls up beside her. Another agent runs toward her yelling, “Get back,” even though she is not interfering with anything. She calmly asks, “How far back?” He yells, “That far!” She complies. She turns and walks in the opposite direction to get to her own car. The agent continues yelling for her to get back. She explains she’s trying to get back to her vehicle. He starts to walk away… until he notices she is filming. That’s when he turns around, rushes back toward her with more aggression, and screams, “Get back now!” while he shoves her. And just to clarify… She is in a public space. She is not obstructing. She is complying. She is exercising her First Amendment right to record federal agents in public. She is attempting to access her own property.. her vehicle. An officer cannot escalate force simply because someone pulls out a phone. They cannot create arbitrary boundaries that shift the second a camera appears. They cannot use physical force against someone who is actively moving away. A federal agent shoving a compliant citizen, after realizing she’s recording, is retaliation for protected speech… and that’s illegal. But, the question we need to keep asking is… Why do ICE agents get so angry when they are being filmed?

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent threatened to kill a U.S. citizen for driving through a neighborhood, in Cold Spring, Minnesota. In the video, a woman is in her car when an agent walks towards her, with his hand on his gun, in the middle of the street. He tells her that if she comes near him with her car, it will be “the last thing that you do.” In other words… a federal agent just threatened to execute a U.S. citizen for driving down a public street. She immediately points out that she wasn’t even close to him and tells him to get out of the road. Instead, the agent escalates. He stands directly in front of her vehicle, hand still on his gun, and tells her she cannot reverse or leave the street. Except there’s just one problem… He never identifies a crime. He never states a lawful order. He simply blocks her car and starts issuing threats. That’s an illegal detention. Then, he contradicts himself… He told her she can’t back up… and seconds later screams at her to “back the f*ck up.” The agent then walks to the side of her car and begins shining a flashlight directly into her face, with his hand still on his gun. When she tells him to get the light out of her face and back off, he moves directly in front of her car again and repeats the threat: “Do not hit me. This is your first and last warning.” Again… she hasn’t moved. Her car is still in reverse, and she repeatedly tells him to take his hand off his gun. She even says: “I’m not going to hit you!” And yet, the agent keeps escalating, screaming the same accusation over and over… as if he’s trying to manufacture a justification to shoot her. This is the exact same tactic we’ve already seen in multiple shootings involving ICE/Border Patrol… where federal agents step in front of vehicles and then claim they feared for their lives when the driver tries to leave, like they told them to do. Blocking a vehicle, threatening deadly force, illegally detaining a citizen, and creating a scenario where a shooting can be justified after the fact… Is not only dangerous, it’s illegal. Because when armed federal agents start threatening to kill people for driving down their own street, more people are eventually going to end up dead… And they will call it “self-defense.” And removing Kristi Noem isn’t going to change that.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are assaulting children with autism and demanding proof of citizenship. In a new lawsuit filed against immigration agents, a lawful U.S. resident and her two American kids were surrounded by unmarked ICE vehicles outside a Massachusetts courthouse. No identification. No warning. No warrant. Agents smashed the car windows with a sharp tool, showering the family in glass. Then it got worse. In front of her screaming children, ICE beat their mother. They twisted her arms, kicked her, and slammed her face-first into the ground. She left with a concussion and nerve damage. Her 13-year-old son, who is autistic, was still buckled into his seat when agents reached into the car, ripped him out by his arms, and interrogated him while he shook and cried. They threatened to arrest a disabled child if he didn’t answer questions or produce proof of legal status, even though he is a U.S. citizen. Let that sink in. A child. With a disability. Threatened with arrest. For existing. Only when local police insisted that the ICE officers check Ms. Ramirez Sanan’s identification first… which showed her lawful status… did ICE release her. The family ended the day in an ambulance, not because of a crime, but because ICE chose violence first and questions later. This is what “law and order” looks like under this system: masked agents, broken glass, hospitalized kids, and lifelong trauma. ICE won’t comment. But the children will remember this forever.
