President Donald Trump said during a Cabinet meeting on Thursday that he wants to "drive housing prices up." "Existing housing, people who own their homes, we're going to keep them wealthy. We're going to keep those prices up," Trump said. Trump made his comments following Housing and Urban Development Secretary Scott Turner's update that home sales in December "rose sharply to their strongest pace in three years." According to the National Association of Realtors, home sales in December rose to "nearly" the highest in three years, but the increase was just 1.4% year over year. The association also said separately that pending home sales that same month had fallen 3% from a year ago. "I don't want to drive housing prices down, I want to drive housing prices up for people who own their homes," Trump added. The president also said he wants to bring interest rates down to make it easier to buy a home. After cutting rates at its last three meetings, the Federal Reserve announced Wednesday it would leave its benchmark rate between 3.5 and 3.75%.

I’ve been saying for years that visa overstays make up for a huge chunk of the 65 million illegal aliens in our country, and once again I was proven right. The recent Colorado Islamic terrorism suspect, Mohammad Soliman, was an Egyptian national who overstayed his visa under Joe Biden. Then he decided to attack innocent Americans for the crime of being Jewish. The truth is, many so-called “visa holders” are actually illegal aliens and Islamic terrorists. And as we have seen, some of these visa holders aren’t just here illegally due to a missed paperwork deadline. They’re here to commit acts of terrorism.

Obama's Secret Stay Behind Army Obama literally created "The Department of The Deep State" at the flick of a pen. The Senior Executive Service, or "SES" was created on September 19, 1979 during the Carter administration. It was originally formed to professionalize career civil service, while attracting the nation's best and brightest in an effort to improve and moderate the management of the federal bureaucracy. A position within the "SES" is considered the equivalent to general officer or the flag officer ranks in the U.S. Armed Forces. For that reason, they are often referred to as our "civilian generals." The SES was to be a corps of non-partisan, career managers who serve as the executive management of federal agencies. Their job being to implement policy, not create it. At least it was until then President Obama changed that with a mere flick of his pen, making SES members nearly impossible to fire, once hired. To say Obama's transformation of the SES into an army of political operatives was effective would be a gross understatement. There are more than 2 million federal employees. And at the top of that pyramid are approximately 8,000 SES (Senior Executive Service) employees who service as the professional managerial class linking our political leaders to the civil service rank and file. And Barack Obama as president, replaced more than 6,000 members of the 8,000-member SES during his 2 terms, assembling what became a stay-behind army of political operatives.
