Indiana State Rep Young has proposed a new bill that would require rape victims to jump through yet another obstacle to access an abortion. Young wants rape victims to have to sign an affidavit, swearing that they were raped, and the affidavit comes with a "warning that they are signing it undercover penalty of perjury". This bill is solely about intimidating victims who already fear not being believed by threatening victims with being charged and sentenced............all because they reported & wanted healthcare.
