Once again the ABC shows us exactly why Australians are losing trust in their $1.2 billion dollar taxpayer-funded broadcaster. During Senate Estimates yesterday, I asked Managing Director Hugh Marks why the ABC failed to report on the shocking case of a 28-year-old Indigenous man who raped and impregnated a 13-year-old girl promised to him under so-called “customary law.” Commercial outlets covered it. The ABC did not. Why? Is it because the ABC is reluctant to report stories that challenge its narrative? That it might show Indigenous Australians or culture in a less flattering light? Wall-to-wall coverage of Prime Minister Albanese and Foreign Minister Wong, but no stand-alone report on Hamas’ brutality. I looked. I couldn’t find one. That’s not just an editorial choice. The ABC News will happily run glowing profiles pieces of Dr Michelle Telfer – but somehow can’t find space to report a major Family Court judgment that found Telfer’s evidence on youth gender medicine to be biased, selective and unsupported by science. They’ll publish sympathetic pieces defending men who identify as women entering female prisons, yet remain silent when trans-identifying men physically or sexually assault female inmates. They’ll platform one-sided stories backing men who drag women through the courts for not validating their self-declared gender – like in Tickle v Giggle – but refuse to interview the women on the receiving end of this legal action like Sall Grover. This isn’t journalism- it’s activism at the taxpayer’s expense. 🚨BREAKING 🚨 The courageous Sall Grover Sall Grover has just been ordered to pay $20,000 compensation + additional legal costs of up to $100,000, as punishment for knowing that men are not women. Jason 'Roxy' Tickle, seen in the video below, has been harassing Grover for five years. When reading out the decision, Justice Melissa Perry said, "Ms Sally Grover and Giggle for Girls Proprietary Limited, engaged in unlawful direct discrimination against the respondent, Ms Roxanne Tickle, on the ground of her gender identity... ... thereby treating Ms Tickle, who is a transgender woman, less favourably than a woman designated female at birth, seeking access to the Giggle app... The appellants are to pay to the respondent a sum of $20,000 within 60 days." "...The appellants [must] pay the respondents' costs of the appeal up to a maximum of $50,000... The cross-respondents pay the cross-appellants' costs of the cross-appeal, as agreed or assessed, up to a maximum of $50,000." Tickle, the man who initiated the complaint, has been playing on a field hockey team for females - where he has said the youngest player is 15 - while also sharing photos of himself using the women's change room. On his personal Instagram account, Tickle has also shared photos of his underwear and dilators, jokes about sex toys, and as well has posted several cartoons drawn by a Canadian transgender diaper fetishist. The transgender movement enables the worst and most perverse men to utilize the law in order to terrorize women who oppose their displays of public fetishism and voyeurism.
