It's terrible how these folks got scammed by their own community, and now they're being forced to live outside in tents. This is not the Canadian taxpayer's problem, and everyone involved with these diploma mill scams needs to be locked up for life. How can they pass college. and get a high paying job IN CANADA, if they can't even speak English? There's no logic to these people and they do nothing but degrade Canadian culture.
