NEW: Charlamagne tha god says the new footage of Alex Pretti spitting on a federal agent & kicking out a tailight actually makes ICE look worse because he got "assaulted twice." Mr. tha god explained that ICE assaulted Pretti even though he "not once" reached for his gun. "It makes the ICE agents look worse because we saw Alex Pretti get assaulted twice, and not once did he reach for his gun." Painfully dumb commentary.

Charlamagne tha God on the new video of Alex Pretti: “I don’t think it adds another layer at all. In fact, it makes the ICE agents look worse because we saw Alex Pretti get assaulted twice and not once did he reach for his gun. Can ICE agents say the same?”

We all saw Alex Pretti, a lawful observer exercising his rights, murdered in cold blood by federal agents. And we are all seeing this administration lie to our faces about it. That cannot be how things work in this country.

BREAKING: Just one week before Alex Pretti was shot and killed by a U.S. Border Patrol agent in Minneapolis, he was physically injured in a previous encounter with federal immigration agents. Pretti intervened while ICE agents were pursuing a family, shouting and blowing a whistle to draw attention, and was tackled by 5 agents, suffering a broken rib. Pretti later said he feared for his life during that earlier confrontation. Importantly, he was not charged with any crime in that earlier incident, and he had no criminal history, according to local authorities.

The Administration's narrative is that Alex Pretti is a domestic terrorist who was out to murder ICE agents. The Left's narrative is that he was murdered in cold blood while defending the vulnerable. The truth is somewhere in the middle: Alex Pretti tragically died impeding law enforcement in their attempt to arrest criminals after a scuffle in which something made the agents fear for their lives. As a nation, we desperately need to take down the temperature and find common ground. That means not calling ICE Nazis and not calling protestors terrorists. Both are totally unacceptable.

Alex Pretti, the 37-year-old ICU nurse who was killed by federal agents in Minneapolis on Saturday, was “an upstanding citizen,” according to his former mentor. Dr. Aasma Shaukat hired Pretti for his first health care job and worked with him for multiple years. She wasn’t surprised to learn that Pretti was at the protest. “He encouraged everybody to be standing up for their rights and for each other,” she told PBS News. Shaukat spoke to digital anchor Deema Zein about her memories of Pretti.

It was already clear that Alex Pretti was interfering in a law enforcement operation. Now, new BBC video shows Pretti kicking out the taillight of an ICE SUV and wrestling with ICE agents. His gun is sticking out of his waistband. He screams & spits. He is deranged & dangerous.

Nate The Lawyer It's obvious that it was UNJUSTIFIED. Pretty much the only people saying otherwise are brainwashed MAGA cult members who have no self-respect. At no point did Alex Pretti remove his gun from it's holster. The ICE agents removed it and then shot Alex in the back in cold blood.

Maria Bartiromo implied it was illegal to film federal agents. It's not. She then said that Alex Pretti "holding a gun up to Border Patrol" Pretti never touched his legal gun during the entire interaction he had with the Border Patrol agents when they killed him.

Six cowardly ICE agents held down Alex Pretti and killed him. They killed one of our fellow Americans. This is Donald Trump’s America. The violence and intimidation ICE has brought to our communities must end now. And let me be clear: not a penny more for ICE.

This video in slow motion fully refutes Trump’s administration's false claims that Alex Pretti was "a threat to enforcement agents." Alex Pretti's "crime" was trying to help a brutally pushed lady. And for that, he was shot 10 times... ICE thugs must be stopped !!! #ICEOUTMN

BREAKING: New video just released of what appears to be Alex Pretti interacting with Federal law enforcement in Minneapolis. The video not only shows them jumping on top of him, after he did kick their vehicle. but also shows that he was carrying a gun at the time. Notice that these agents did NOT feel the need to shoot him or even disarm him. Pretti was far more confrontational here than on January 24, and walked away with his gun.
