🔥 JUST NOW: Greg Abbott HITS BACK at Keith Ellison, who is suing to FORCE Abbott to extradite an ICE agent to Minnesota "First thing, Ellison has NO credibility. He is in a state that may be the NATIONAL LEADER in committing FRAUD against the United States of America and against American taxpayers. Now, Minnesota is being investigated for about $9 BILLION in fraud in their Medicaid system and other federal programs. So they are the LAST people to put any credibility in whatsoever."

🚨 BREAKING: Minnesota AG Keith Ellison is SUING Texas Gov. Greg Abbott for REFUSING to extradite an ICE agent charged by a woke Minneapolis DA DON'T RELENT, Greg Abbott! 🔥 Minnesota CANNOT take ICE agents as POLITICAL PRISONERS! If Abbott refuses to sign off on the extradition, ICE agent Christian Castro could be RELEASED in Texas as soon as NEXT WEEK, as Texas law only allows a fugitive to be held for extradition for 90 days. Time's almost up! Minnesota is a state that would NEVER extradite someone charged with illegal abortions to Texas, so why should Texas give in and allow Minnesota to take an ICE agent hostage?

🚨 Texas Gov. Greg Abbott just PERFECTLY ERUPTED over Tim Walz and Keith Ellison suing him to extradite an ICE agent for prosecution "I don't trust Walz on ANYTHING! Listen — while they make demands, I'll make a DEMAND of my own! IT'S TIME FOR MINNESOTA TO REPAY THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and AMERICANS for all the FRAUD they've committed in their state under federal programs." Minnesota is demanding they be allowed to prosecute an ICE officer “Minnesota AG Keith Ellison's office filing this 19-page federal lawsuit against Republican Texas governor Greg Abbott. It demands that Abbott sign extradition papers that would send ICE agent Christian Castro to Minnesota to face charges for a non-fatal shooting in Minneapolis during Operation Metro Surge. Quote, "Governor Abbott has disregarded the requirements of the Constitution, federal law, and his own state's procedural rules in refusing to promptly make Castro available for extradition to Minnesota." Prosecutors allege Castro fired his service weapon through the front door of the occupied home while standing alone in the front yard, under no physical threat I watched the video several times it every clear the illegals were fleeing. Then when one was captured, the other comes back and attempts to free him from the ICE officers What did you think was going to happen?? Then criminals are the illegals not the ICE officer

"And there are certain facts that you look at to determine whether or not that person is or is not a fugitive. That is a fact finding decision by the governor, in this case myself, that I've assigned to be investigated that investigation is taking place right now. Based upon that investigation, I'll be more informed about what decision to make."

Minnesota’s Keith Ellison is hunting an ICE agent. Agent Christian Castro shot a Venezuelan illegal who had been released under Biden during an enforcement operation. The man lived. Now Ellison wants him extradited from Texas to stand trial like a criminal. Greg Abbott isn’t playing along. He’s calling Ellison out for running one of the most fraud-ridden states in the country and refusing to hand over a federal officer who was doing his job. ICE agents enforce the law. Activist AGs try to criminalize them. Abbott is drawing the line.

Christian Castro is charged with shooting a Minnesotan in his own home. He should be here in Minnesota, facing a Minnesota jury. Instead, Greg Abbott is refusing to do what the law requires and return him. So today, we’re taking him to court. No one is above the law. Not Castro. Not Abbott.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott said the Texas Rangers are going to be involved in an independent investigation into the fatal shooting of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo by ICE agents during a vehicle stop in Houston, Texas on July 7. “The Texas Rangers are now going to be involved in an investigation of this matter, working alongside federal officials to get to the bottom of exactly what happened,” Abbott said. “They’re well known not just in the state of Texas, but elsewhere, for their independence in conducting investigations.”
