🚨 JUST IN: Texas Gov. Greg Abbott just MIC DROPPED Minnesota AG Keith Ellison, who is suing Abbott for not extraditing an ICE agent for prosecution "Ellison has NO credibility! He is in a state that may be the national leader in committing FRAUD against the United States of American against American taxpayers!" "Now Minnesota is being investigated for about $9 BILLION dollars in fraud in their Medicaid system and other federal programs." "And so they are the last people to put any credibility on whatsoever!" "When you go through the extradition process, the governor has the authority to consider four factors, three of which are pretty much just pro forma paperwork, the fourth of which however, is whether or not that the person being sought to be extradited is a fugitive." "And there are certain facts that you look at to determine whether or not that person is or is not a fugitive. That is a fact finding decision by the governor, in this case myself, that I've assigned to be investigated that investigation is taking place right now. Based upon that investigation, I'll be more informed about what decision to make."

🚨 BREAKING: Texas Governor Greg Abbott just DROPPED THE HAMMER on Minnesota! After Minnesota AG Keith Ellison sued him for refusing to extradite an ICE agent… Abbott didn’t flinch. He looked them dead in the eye and fired back: “While they’re making demands, I’ve got a demand of my own: It’s time for Minnesota to repay the American people for the FRAUD committed in their state involving federal programs.” Billions allegedly stolen. Taxpayers robbed. And now Minnesota wants Texas to play along? Abbott said NO. This is the kind of backbone America needs right now. Who’s with Abbott? 🔥

And they FULLY repay the United States of America for the fraud they committed." 🔥🔥🔥

🚨 BREAKING: Minnesota AG Keith Ellison is SUING Texas Gov. Greg Abbott for REFUSING to extradite an ICE agent charged by a woke Minneapolis DA DON'T RELENT, Greg Abbott! 🔥 Minnesota CANNOT take ICE agents as POLITICAL PRISONERS! If Abbott refuses to sign off on the extradition, ICE agent Christian Castro could be RELEASED in Texas as soon as NEXT WEEK, as Texas law only allows a fugitive to be held for extradition for 90 days. Time's almost up! Minnesota is a state that would NEVER extradite someone charged with illegal abortions to Texas, so why should Texas give in and allow Minnesota to take an ICE agent hostage?

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison sued Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Tuesday, seeking to compel the extradition of ICE agent Christian Castro, who was charged with wounding a man and then lying to justify the shooting during the agency’s crackdown in Minneapolis. Abbott said Tuesday that he has no immediate intention to respond to extradition requests from Minnesota, and cited ongoing investigations of fraud in government social service programs in the state.

The narrative that immigrants are committing more fraud than other Americans is dangerous. I asked Keith Ellison to speak to the experience of Somali-Americans in Minnesota:

Minnesota’s Keith Ellison is hunting an ICE agent. Agent Christian Castro shot a Venezuelan illegal who had been released under Biden during an enforcement operation. The man lived. Now Ellison wants him extradited from Texas to stand trial like a criminal. Greg Abbott isn’t playing along. He’s calling Ellison out for running one of the most fraud-ridden states in the country and refusing to hand over a federal officer who was doing his job. ICE agents enforce the law. Activist AGs try to criminalize them. Abbott is drawing the line.

🚨 BREAKING: A federal judge has just BLOCKED MN Gov. Tim Walz and AG Keith Ellison from forcing Texas Gov. Abbott to extradite an ICE agent for prosecution, for now GOOD! Minnesota can screw off 🔥 Abbott hasn’t made a final determination, but the judge confirms that he is allowed to “review” the extradition request. It’s unclear how long Abbott will take, but it’s clear he’s using EVERY legal stop to shield this patriot ICR agent from weaponization in Minnesota. KEEP ICE PROTECTED 🇺🇸

Keith Ellison is STILL panicking on MSDNC as if we don't know what the truth is. He and the rest of the Democratic class in Minnesota needs to be hauled in and investigated for participating in an insurrection against federal immigration operations.

“The Attorney General of the State of Minnesota Should Resign.” Rep. Clay Higgins erupted during the Minnesota fraud hearing, pressing AG Keith Ellison on whether he is personally leading the investigation into massive fraud tied to state programs. When Ellison pointed to Medicaid fraud prosecutions, Higgins pushed back: “I’m not talking about Medicaid fraud. Don’t hide behind that.” After repeatedly asking whether Ellison is leading the broader criminal investigation, Higgins delivered a blunt conclusion: “The Attorney General of the State of Minnesota should resign.”

Rantz: I think it's because when you're talking about Minnesota, there is a general reluctance to not only acknowledge the widespread fraud, but also not having a system in place— Phillip: Jan 14th, Attorney general Keith Ellison announced $3 million in fraud charges against medicaid providers. On December 18th, the federal government, along with the state attorney general, Keith Ellison, six additional defendants charged, one pleaded guilty in ongoing fraud schemes. And then on top of that, the U.s attorney's office in Minnesota has lost half a dozen more prosecutors including some of the top prosecutors who were dealing with this very fraud scenario. So who exactly is reluctant to prosecute fraud?

Democrats are fighting against the federal government removing illegal aliens from Minnesota. They are also fighting against the government rooting out fraud in Minnesota. A woman obstructs ICE, hits an agent with her vehicle and is shot as a result. Now there is an American flag being burned… The Democratic Party is a problem.
