😱 I'VE LOST $525,000+ IN #BITCOIN Not from a scam. Not from a hack. From my own stupidity. 5 $BTC → sent to an address on a computer I wiped. 2.5 BTC → sitting in a wallet I'll never access again. That's 7.5 BTC. Gone. Forever. But I'm not even the worst case. This guy missed ONE digit in a wallet address. One single character. And sent 55,000 BTC to the wrong place. That's over $3.8 BILLION. Gone because of a copy-paste error. And you know what? I am still here telling you to buy Bitcoin. Because the only thing worse than losing Bitcoin… is never owning any.
