Was it a one shot prompt or is there a lot of back-and-forth?

It worked out of the box, but my two re-prompts were: a) Make the player automatic b) Make the player aim at the remaining bricks

Some will gripe and complain about how an AI could have done better or how one AI is better than another at a given task... but for anyone who used to code stuff like this by hand in C or assembler.... it's just staggering that things like the above are possible.

I would be interested in the prompts for this output. I wanna skill up my prompt engineering skills.

Dude, 40 years ago, someone spent 100 sleepless nights coding this in 6502 assembly, now it's being spat out by an AI in 2 minutes 😂

Can you share the prompt?

The initial prompt was simply "How about a colored version of Breakout?" First revision was: "Make the player move automatically under computer control, and make the ball go 10% faster each time it bounces off the paddle" Final rev was: "Good, but the ball can get stuck in a vertical bounce. How did the original game handle that? Do the same! And make the player aim for remaining bricks."

Used it to make a silly flappy bird mashup.
