Realtime, interactive (per-tile), procedurally animated, and has layers of shaders with particle effects - I wanted to make something unique and "technically advanced", but also modular for performance scaling. It's straightforward to address individual tiles and hook in your own effects and calls with custom events. I'll be posting this very soon (for Unity URP).
