Today, I stressed in my speech that my main priority for the next 237 days as President of the General Assembly is to defend the United Nations, its Charter, and the principles enshrined in it. To preserve the UN and save multilateralism, we need to be decisive, principled, and #BetterTogether.

As long as invaders remain on our land, no one will sit down at the negotiating table with 🇷🇺. The colonizer must get out. And the world has enough power to force 🇷🇺 to restore peace step by step. It will bring together many leaders with the goal of implementing the Peace Formula, which can force Russia into a just peace. Today I spoke with the leaders of Romania, Angola, and Iraq. I invited them to the Summit and informed them about the efforts that have already been made to organize it and ensure its successful outcomes.
