The platforms have been developed to meet the emerging operational requirements of the Defence Forces. The tank project being developed for the Indian Army was reviewed by DRDO chief Dr Samir V Kamat in Hazira, Gujarat today. The tank has been developed by the DRDO to meet the Indian Army’s requirements in the eastern Ladakh sector to counter the Chinese deployment across the Line of Actual Control. The tank with its lightweight and amphibious capabilities can travel through steep climbs in mountains and cross rivers and other water bodies much more easily than the heavy-weight T-72 and T-90 tanks. As per DRDO chief Dr Kamat, the tank is expected to be inducted into the Indian Army by the year 2027 after all trials. L&T Executive Vice President Arun Ramchandani said that the joint development model has achieved big success and developed in such a short time frame.

It would make sense for Cybercab to have Brembo’s Sensify Braking system, which is a fully software-controlled, fluid-free braking system. Brembo said they’re working with a “major undisclosed global manufacturer” entering series production in the hundreds of thousands. It could very well be Cybercab. Each wheel has its own dedicated electric actuator with redundancies. It would make sense for Cybercab, since the whole vehicle is being driven by AI already. The system offers higher efficiency and more control over brake operation. It is fully customizable and designed for autonomous vehicles as well. You can read more about it in the post below.
