Use AI for the programming all you want, but it won't save a game that's fundamentally bad. There are plenty of successful games that use AI as part of the development process, but they still have someone with a solid understanding of programming and game design guiding the AI toward a quality product. I've said it countless times before in pretty much all my videos over the last year(s): If you're serious about software engineering (i.e., you want to get or keep a job or get serious work done) => You NEED to be open to AI! Use it as a tool. Don't dismiss it as "slop" or a fad. If that's your take, you need to THINK AGAIN. The Zig approach of banning AI is NOT the way unless you're doing this for your personal joy. Which is fine. It really is. But it will NOT land you a job, if that's what you're going for. And rightfully so, because I truly am convinced that you ARE way more productive with AI. When using it correctly. As a tool. Which is what we're all still figuring out.

At every stage of a business there are "leaks" or "optimizers" that can either SAVE or increase revenue. At each of these stages there is a way to save them or make them money.
