No. All emergent phenomena are ultimately a function of time; time and information are fundamental. Spacetime is not. All is conserved in time, as is time itself. Time is a five-dimensional continuous symmetry in the fifth dimension. The passive inertia is inversely proportional to time flow, suggesting again a five-dimensional hydrodynamic model of time. Time tells matter how to move; matter or motion influences time. Resistance to quantum information change denotes the dilation of emergent entropic time. The differential in the symmetry of time denotes the passive temporal differential inertia. There is no dark matter, that quantum information holds a length, dark matter takes time to brew!
