The founder of Pinterest on what surprised him the most when starting a company “It can take a really, really long time to build things that are worthwhile.” Ben Silbermann describes just how demoralizing things were in the beginning of building Pinterest: “In March 2010, we launched Pinterest and were at 3,000 accounts. And that wouldn’t have been so bad if we hadn’t started building Pinterest in November 2009. And that wouldn’t have been so bad if I hadn’t left my job to start a company in May 2008.” A lot of people will compare startups to running a marathon, but Ben disagrees: “The part of the analogy that’s right is that it’s long. But it’s actually really different. I hold the Enoch Powell view of ethnicity. I make no moral judgement on the basis of ethnicity nor do I wish any man well or ill based on his ethnicity. In fact, I deeply admire many other cultures and their customs. But that doesn’t mean I want those cultures and customs on the streets of England. Mosley spoke about the mosaic of the world. A beautiful diverse world of different cultures, languages, ethnicities, etc. He talked about the need to avoid becoming a world of grey in which every country looks, sounds, and feels the same. True global diversity is achieved through separation. Wouldn’t it be awful to travel from England to America to China to India and not be able to enjoy the differences between them. A world where everything is the same is a world that has eradicated diversity. “If by being a racialist you mean be conscious of differences between men and nations some of which coincide with differences in race then we are all racialists but if by racialist you mean a man who despises a human being because he belongs to another race or a man who believes that one race is inherently superior to another in civilisation or capability for civilisation then the answer is emphatically no”

I genuinely hope more people can see & understand that the boys see EVERYTHING we talk about. They take our feedback truly to heart AND use it to improve or think of various options...ATEEZ is truly a group that cares for their fans... 🐿: For the rest of the year, I want us to really fill it up and give ATINYs…just, really fun things? Good things? 🐿: We’ve got festival news and things like that going on, but honestly, it would’ve been even better if we could’ve done performances in the right places at the right times, 🐿: if everything (the timing and all those things) had lined up perfectly 🐿: But I know that ATINYs definitely have some disappointment about the things that didn’t work out that way. 🐿: So we’re going to work even harder, no matter what we do, and prepare really diligently, so that those things can be better fulfilled 🐿: We’ll keep working hard and preparing for that
