Izhak Bentov explains the evolution of the soul, where we are currently, and where we can find those who were born more evolved and before their time. He says you can find them in the 'Mental Hospitals.' They perceive the broader reality, they see more than us, they can peek into the higher dimensions, and communicate with beings that we can't perceive.
