Well that's a lot cheaper than constraints

I honestly didn’t until about a week ago, I was messing around with twist bones and constraints, then I just got curious if those settings did anything because they didn’t say preview, turns out they actually do A LOT

This, combined with twist bones, is by far the best way to handle forearm twisting. This is the method I've been showing people for years, glad someone made a video shining more light on it ^^

I was playing around with twist bones to get this effect, I’m so happy that there is a method you can use without them, the only thing I wanna add is maybe a twist bone for the lower forearm attached to the wrist haha
