It pains me to say this but I actually agree with Khan for once. Legalising cannabis will enable it to be regulated. It's easy to get cannabis on the black market anyway. And whilst I appreciate the potential mental health issues, pretty much any addiction causes health issues.

Unfortunately I'm seeing more and more of this from the residents of the properties we manage. We know which ones smoke weed and they are disproportionately more aggressive and unreasonable. @ClarkeMicah
